My sons iPad case had a strap for him to put it around his neck. He really loved it until it broke. It took me forever to put in the correct keywords to find one. I was even trying to just find the buckle pieces so I could fix it myself. Then this finally appeared. It even came with a little hook tool to thread it through the holes in the case. He is very happy now!I am very skeptic about how long it will last though. The elastic string part that goes through the holes on the case appear very thin and flimsy. I hope I am wrong and I didn’t waste my money.I really appreciated the hook that was included. I feel the elastic loop is too flimsy and won’t last very long even with gentle use.

I have a large flashlight that has parts for a strap, yet did not include a strap. I got this strap to rectify that oversight. Since I wanted to be able to shoulder the light while walking, to free my hands for other gear. This works really well, whether they are slot or thread loops on the gear.One nice thing about it is that the loops are long enough to remove the strap for reuse.
