Great with Edifier r1280db Speakers
Great little stands. Perfect fit for my Edifier r1280db speakers. They're obviously designed for smaller speakers than mine, but I prefer the smaller, more inconspicuous look of these compared to the larger Kanto S4s. The stands fits perfectly between the rubber feet on the bottom of the speakers, and feel nice and secure, plus the weight of the speakers falls under the max weight of 6lbs specified for the S2s. Theres a bit of flex in the stands when you touch the top of speakers but that's to be expected with using speakers this size. They remain completely steady when in use.

Desktop sound stage perfection👌🏻
Bought these stands for my Audioengine A2+ desktop speakers which had been setup on sorbothane isolation feet for two years. These stands do an equally great job of decoupling the speaker from the desk and the 4cm upward tilt makes a significant audible improvement to this near field setup! Desktop sound stage perfection👌🏻 Well crafted and made out of nice thick steel, these pair perfectly with the clean lines of the Audioengine A2+ speakers. The foam spacers isolate nicely but also allow the speaker stands to glide and reposition easily which I found to be a surprisingly nice bonus feature. Pricy for what they are but an excellent stand that I’d highly recommend. Mine came from a newer batch that no longer ship with the pointless drawstring bag (well done Kanto👍🏻).

Great stands but very expensive for what they are
These work as intended and look great on the desk, but they are very expensive!

Great stands for Ruark Audio MR1 Mk2 Speakers
TL/DR If you're looking stands for improving the position/performance of the Ruark Audio MR1 Mk2 Speakers, look no more. These are the stands you're looking for. Long version. I was looking for speakers stands for the Ruark MR1s for a while. I was looking for stands that will not to compromise the aesthetics of the speakers, and I wanted to avoid using ugly isolation pads. The only alternatives available that I found was the SoundXtra Small Universal Desk Stands and the Stageek desktop speaker stands. I finally considered getting the S2, after reading the reviews of people using them with the Ruark MR1 speakers (Thank you all people, especially the ones who added photos!) The S2 beat both the SoundXtra and the Stageek stands both in price and design. I was concerned that the will be light-weight and will vibrate because of the speakers' weight. However, when tried, they have a very sturdy design. The speakers are also very well secured, as the support platform fits almost perfectly in the space between the speakers' rubber feet. Aesthetically, they have a much smaller footprint when compared with the SoundXtra stands. They are barely visible under the speakers, giving a sensation that the speakers are "floating". They are well padded both in the base of the speaker and the support platform, giving the benefit of exposing the subwoofer and improving performance. The only disadvantage of the S2 stands, when compared with the SoundXtra stands, is that they have a fix angulation of the speakers' platform when the SoundXtra allows some manipulation of its angle. This is not particularly a problem, as most people will set the position of the speakers once and then forget about it.

Great quality but a bit expensive
I purchased these for my Creative T100 desktop speakers and they fit a treat and look great. I just wanted something to lift them up off the desk as the speakers sounded rather puddingy (no such word!) and stodgy. These stands certainly make a difference. If you don't mind the price then I can happily recommend them.

Quality stands for Kanto Ora
Great stands for Ora's, enough foam padding to stop from sliding around, makes speakers look like floating in the air. Recommended

Nothing fancy but looks the best!
Yes, you can can buy cheaper, yes probably does the same thing. But in my opinion these look the best and it's basically made for the Kanto Ora speaker. Why buy speakers for £300 then go cheap on the stands. I do think they should be included with the speaker but they're not.

Makes a big (positive) difference to my Ruark MR1 speakers
As others have pointed out, these metal stands fit the Ruark MR1 (I have the mk1) speakers perfectly and don't block the bass reflex port underneath the speaker. This is probably the quickest and cheapest way to improve the audio experience from these great desktop speakers. Now that the speakers point towards my ears and not my belly button, clarity is improved and the bass is more taut. Why doesn't Ruark sell these as the margins on these must be great and do help buyers get the most out of the speakers if they are situated close to the listener on a desk? I'm not complaining about margins though as these stands are so much cheaper than upgrading my DAC or speakers and so, to me, represent good value for money.

These Kanto S2 speaker stands also work great to tip speakers downwards. My Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 speakers are positioned 14" above my ear level since they sit on the top of a computer roll-top desk, so they need a speaker stand to tip them down, not up. The ProMedia speakers sounded dull with their included stand that tips them upwards. After removing the factory stands, the black Kanto S2 stands securely hold the ProMedia speakers tipping them downwards, even though the speaker bottoms have a curve and would not sit flat on a desk. The S2 stands are very solid and the padding is firm, not cheap foam. The padding protects the speakers and is also on the bottom protecting the desk. There is also a small pad on the center tab. These S2 stands do exactly what I need to tip my speakers downwards. The sound is much improved. I paid 19.99 on Amazon, now (1 month later) they are 29.99. They were definitely worth 19.99, but 29.99 seems a little expensive.

Pricey but with superb build quality. Love all the foam padding on top and at the bottom of the stand. Using it for my AudioEngine A2, perfect fit.
