This food is ok but I mix it with fruit johnston and jeff as well for more variety. Also advice to put in seeled container once opened .

Good value basic seed mix for my African Grey
My parrot does not like dried fruit so the more expensive mixes are a waste of money for me. My African Grey is very happy with this mix and I think it's decent value. I always supplement with fresh food anyway.
