What size strap comes with this HRM and what chest measurements are the various sizes?

It comes with the L- XXL ; and as additional the XXXL. It supose the the XXL comes til 96 cm and XXXL til 110 cm for chest. However I have 105cm of chest and the XXL worked fine for me; so didnt need the larger one

Is Polar H10 compatible with Samsung watch?

The Polar H10 is compatible with any Bluetooth device. So, if the Samsung watch has Bluetooth capabilities then yes the H 10 can be paired to the watch!

Is this h10 monitor compatible with my polar ft7 watch?

The H 10 as far as I know seems to be compatible with all Polar watches . To be sure you can always contact Polar for a positive answer.
