don't buy this if you need reliability
Initially gave this product 4 stars but reduced now because the black ink didnt work and I had to have it replaced and the yellow one arrived leaking. I returned the yellow along with the black but the sent it back (or another leaking one) and have not replied to my complaint.As I'm sure most people know, when you run out of ink, you really need the new replacement ones to work, otherwise you are in deep printing trouble.So, basically, I've ordered from them twice and had 2 dodgy cartridges. I still have some more that will be used in the coming weeks and only hope they don't let me down as well.I think it is worth paying more for cartridges that I can have the confidence in knowing they will work when I need them to.
