Baden Lexum Official Indoor Tan & Cream Basketball

I purchased this basketball around 3-4 months ago and have been using it in games ever since. Having played with it so much I think now is high time that I leave a fair review for future potential buyers.Key features of the basketball posted below:Pros:--FIBA men's official basketball for indoor games,--it has -----REALY------ soft and nice touch (thanks to the cushion technology) which makes you feel better when shooting.--the cushion technology reduces the chance of finger injury by a great deal, -- for real;--it has secure and nice grip due to the synthetic leather surface.--nice pattern and colour scheme; more importantly it is the "official" game ball so it somehow makes you feel more "professional";Cons:--emits some smell, and this become worse especially when the basketball is put inside a sealed environment (such as inside a sport bag). This is due to the synthetic leather surface--feels slightly light weighted compared with a Spalding NBA basketball (Perhaps I shouldn't say this is a con, as it makes shooting 3 pointer easier in this way)Overall although this is the most expensive indoor basketball you can find on AMAZON apart from those official NBA ones, i would say it is definitely worth every penny. Invest on this if you want to be better at this game!Last but not least, DO NOT use this basketball for outdoor game, as the synthetic leather surface is not designed for this. Use an outdoor or indoor/outdoor basketball for those games instead.

Had it over a year, and its almost as good as new.The white has lost its colour, but it has not lost grip.Really great ball, I play at least once a week so this is the perfect ball.Edit: Update Jan 2016Ive had this ball 3 years now, with regular play, usually once or twice a week.Its still really usable, the usual wear and tear is to be expected, but its still grippy, holds its air well.Still bouncy and in general really good after 3 years of use.It is still expensive, which I agree with, but if you regularly play (indoor) and expect to for a long period of time this should be considered.Ive used many balls over the past 25 years and many have short life spans, this will have an end but so far so good.Ill update in another year or 2 to see how its going :)

Ball came fast with next day delivery. Great ball however 2 things make me believe this could be a second from manufacturer. 1. Small deflate (sink) in the cushion next to lexum sign. 2. Air hole dose not line up correct with inner meaning inflating can be a nightmare. AND PLEASE NOTE: that the ball in the picture is a complete different ball!!! Although the description is correct. If used Baden balls for 10years and this is the poorest I have seen in a long time as in new condition. Next time think I will stick to god my direct to Baden

I played with a lexum before and it was great, so I decided to order it. However I was greatly disappointed with the ball quality out of the package. It was deflated, and the rubber was deteriorated.

Fast, as described

The best ball to play with indoors hands down, "perfection" an appropriate name for it. The leather is soft and tacky for your touch and the cushioning/bounce feels premium.

It looks good, it feels good.The grip gets better as you use it and wears out. Over all I am really happy.Recomended

I've tried probably ten different models of basketball over the years and this is one of the best along with the NBA official indoor ball.I would only use this indoor as it would get ruined outdoor very quickly but all the team love this ball.Would definitely buy this product again.
