Simple and easy to use. After 5 or 6 uses , I already noticed a good difference in the white shade of my teeth. No longer yellowish and getting better. I still have 10 treatments to go. I also don't notice any irritation in the gums after using them.

Usually I do a pros/cons list, but I only have good things to say about this product with a few caveats. Pros: 1. It actually works and works pretty fast comparatively to other products. I have tried teeth whitening toothpaste and a few other methods of whitening my teeth over the years with success only coming from Nu Skins' AP 24 Whitening Fluoride Toothpaste. That however required a month or more of constant brushing and a bottle of it is $25.00. That being said, within my first day, I felt like I could see results. By day 5, I knew for a fact things had gotten better for me. 2. It's easy to use. Dry off your teeth, slap this on them, it does all the work. Wait a hour and take it off. Easy as pie. 3. I noticed a little sensitivity after a week's use, but it wasn't anything bad at all and went away fairly quickly. Caveat: The instructions say you can drink water while using this. I did so and it gave me a somewhat upset stomach. In fact, swallowing my saliva while using this made my stomach upset. Perhaps I have a weak stomach? I don't know. I just stopped swallowing while using this and haven't had any issues since. Last note: I saw a review saying this didn't permanently keep their teeth white. While there are longer lasting solutions out there than this, considering the cost per results, I think this is a decent deal. For my needs, I brightened up my teeth initially using this daily. However, to maintain them now, I just use one a week. Something to consider.

It works well, its better than high end corporations selling the strips for very high price. WORTH IT!

In my opinion these are comparable to Crest white strips but a little "healthier" I did experience less sensitivity with these than I did with Crest. I would say they did as good a job at whitening. They definitely leave a film on your teeth when the strip is taken off but I don't mind. You just need to take a second to brush and your good to go. The strips themselves stay in place pretty well and there is slightly minty taste but nothing overwhelming. Overall I'm really satisfied with them and would purchase them again.

I definitely saw an improvement in my teeth whitening after using these, so the product does work! However, I feel like I could find similar results elsewhere for much cheaper. Great product if you don't mind the price, but there are more budget-friendly options out there.
