Great product that works well - please be aware that this isn't a latching switch it is a single contact set momentary switch providing COM (common) L1 (normally closed) and L2 (normally open). if you don't know how to use these configurations in your circuit don't buy it - and get some help. The product was well made and the only negative was that a little silicone sealant was required to seal and keep in place the blanking plugs for cable entry.

The switch is very well made, I have had one of these in an extremely harsh environment, blasted by very powerful UV from the sun as well as extreme rain and wind during parts of the year. This has lasted for over three years and is in very good condition considering it's location. Hence my ordering a second for a similar project. They are not subtle, quite large and almost industrial in appearance but they are very effective. This one is a momentary press switch, so the current flows for as long as you press the switch, but the spring returns it to the off position as soon as you release it. Exactly what I needed and very useful.

I liked this product. It is very good value and feels very good quality to work with when installing. A nice touch were the screw covers. The finished job looks very professional. I will just mention that the switch wiring instructions are backwards. The terminals in my one were the opposite so when I installed it and switched the power on, the contacts were closed, rather than normally open as intended. This meant that I had to carefully remove the screw covers without damaging them and rewire. All in all, with the trouble shooting, the incorrect instructions cost me 30 minutes extra on the job.

Difficult installation

Wasted an inordinate amount of my time double checking wiring only to find the switch was not working!

Great piece of kit, easy to use and install even for a novice like me.

BOught this for controlling low voltage lighting inside a grandchild's playhouse. Changed the mains voltage indicator for a low voltage LED and it works a treat. There's room inside the housing for the control circuit I needed to use, so everything is safely inside the weatherproof housing. It's inside the playhouse anyway, so doesn't get direct weather, but should withstand anything a small child can throw at it, keeps little fingers out and the switch is easy for a child to operate. Perfect for my needs!

Prodotto perfetto, pulsantone maxi in stile tedesco, dal clic che dà soddisfazione. Acquistato da Amazon Werehouse a prezzo scontato visto che mancava un tappino grigio per la finitura esterna. Massiccio e completamente blindato dall'esterno, sono presenti guarnizioni ovunque, sia sul tasto vero e proprio, sia da applicare sulle aperture da praticare per avvitarlo sul supporto. Io l'ho posizionato all'esterno senza nessuna protezione per azionare l'elettroserratura del cancello, azionabile tranquillamente con il gomito, un fianco e con le mani impegnate dalle buste di spazzatura. Ha sopportato le piogge di questo maggio londinese senza alcun problema. I tappini sono per tubi da 3/4, non da 1/2, quindi occhio ai giunti che acquistate, altrimenti dovrete allargare i fori. Confermo che è un pulsante, non un interruttore, quindi premendolo verrà chiuso e lasciandolo verrà aperto.

questo è un ottimo pulsante che svolge anche la funzione di deviatore, quindi perfetto per aprire il cancelletto e non la porta di ingresso. Come fatto notare anche da un altro utente necessita di una piccola modifica per farlo funzionare correttamente, ne ho comprati due ed ho dovuto eseguirla ad entrambi, altrimenti non funziona: bisogna smontare una vite interna, aprirlo e incollare un piccolo feltrino spesso 2 mm che faccia da spessore tra il pulsante esterno visibile e quello interno vero e proprio. Dopo questa semplice modifica va tutto alla perfezione. Spero che il costruttore risolva perchè per il resto è perfetto ed è forse unico nel suo genere perchè svolge anche la funzione di deviatore. Das ist eigentlich ein Taster und kein Schalter, aber ich wollte auch einen Taster um das Außenlicht einzuschalten. Der Taster macht einen sehr robusten und hochwertigen Eindruck. Ich fand ihn für meinen gewünschten Einsatzzweck doch etwas globig, denn er ist größer als die meisten deutschen Taster und Schalter. In Kellerräumen oder Werkstätten könnte ich mir den jedoch sehr gut vorstellen.

Grob zusammengefasst: Müll. Die Artikelbeschreibung ist falsch. Es ist ein Taster, nicht Schalter. Auch die ausschließlich englische Anleitung beschreibt den Anschluss eines Schalters!! Mängel: - Warum keine deutsche Anleitung, wenn es hier verkauft wird und kein Hinweis auf der Angebotsseite steht? - Seit wann bezeichnet COM auf der Schalterklemme die stromführende Phase? - Die Kontrollleuchte ist zwischen COM und L2 vorverdrahtet!? - Keine Kabeleinführungstüllen dabei. Man muss das Hartplastik aufbohren oder rausbrechen. - IP 66? Ist wohl ein Witz. - CE-Zeichen? War erst gar keins dran. Wenn man etwas weiter forscht, erfährt man, dass der Schalter/Taster bei Nexus (Jiaxing) hergestellt wird. Dann braucht man sich nicht weiter wundern.
