This is the type of scent you can wear every day, or for those special occasions, like for a wedding or Anniversary. I read some of the reviews here on Amazon about the scent, and as always, I say- try it for yourself. The fragrance definitely has "Musk" in it, but it does not give off that "Old Lady/Grandma Fragrance" scent at all. Someone described this fragrance as smelling like a "Grownup" version of "Pink Sugar." That person, loved this fragrance. While another, described this fragrance as "cheap smelling", & almost identical to the Body Fantasies- "White Musk" fragrance, and that person hated this scent. 🤔 After smelling and wearing this for the first time today, I can see where both people are coming from. I own a bottle of "Pink Sugar", and it's a fragrance that I have to apply with a very light hand, and I cannot wear it everyday, otherwise I'd get the most annoying headache, because it's so friggin sweet, and loud. But I actually get so many compliments because it smells so good to people, I pass in the street, or come in contact with. Some say the "Pink Sugar" scent, smells like vanilla, candy, or some say it smells like cake or cupcakes. But it still gives me a headache when I'm heavy handed with the application. This scent however, isn't nearly as loud as I expected it to be. Instead it's very light and airy, & it lingers in a good way, throughout the day. One would never guess it to be a vanilla "musk" scent. As a teenager I've also tried the Body Fantasies- "White Musk", and it actually became a favorite of mines, after the excessive alcohol toned down, it dried on the skin as a really pretty, light fragrance, eventhough it was a "cheap" product & a "musk." Once I smelled this particular roller ball perfume, I immediately knew I'd have to have the bigger one, just like it (Pure Vanilla.) I love the roller ball versions of perfume for travel, it's a "classic" way, to refresh your fragrance throughout the day (especially on hot, sweaty summer days & nights). For scents that are strong, or really sweet, you want to be light handed with the application: "A single spray to one wrist, dab wrists together, then dab quickly behind each ear, with the perfumed wrists as well (optional: spray once behind each knee, on back of legs). Apply to pulse points only. Touch up your fragrance later on, in the day by dabbing the roller ball behind each ear, on the wrists, and a single stroke between the breasts. Applying a loud/sweet fragrance only to your pulse points, will make the fragrance more tolerable throughout the day for you, while still alluring and spell bonding others that you come in contact with. The roller ball does not have to be pressed hard to the skin. Pressing too hard may cause skin damage, as the plastic around the ball might scratch the skin surface, causing irritation such as a break out/rash. You dont have to press the product against the skin too hard. The roller ball should be very easy to apply to your clean, "dry", skin, so make sure your skin is not oily, or wet, to ensure that the ball glides easily/smoothly along the skin surface, without any dragging. A little goes a long way. I must order the larger size spray bottle version of this perfume. It's a gorgeous scent. Simply amazing. I've never been a huge fan of Musks, and Vanilla scented perfumes until I learned that scents like vanilla, coconut, musk, & pumpkin are all scents that a large number of "Men" really find attractive and tempting on an individual. It must be true because, when I wear the loud sweet fragrances, that screams, boasts, and brags with notes of vanilla, or coconut, I get compliments like crazy, especially from men over the years. Try it! You'll see.

the 3.4 oz bottle lasted me a year! it lasted so long!! the design is sleek and ergonomic and i love that’s its glass. i also love that it’s pure vanilla!! not to mention the smell is AMAZING. this is the only perfume ill buy for the rest of my life haha

Been looking for a simple vanilla fragrance forever. Easy to use, smells great. Subtle - can't smell it on me by the time I get home after work. If you want all day fragrance I'd recommend applying slightly more or reapply after 5-6 hrs

DO NOT purchase this. I have used this in the past and loved it. I wasnusing the subscription. Previous bottle had very little scent and I thought I canceled the subscription. Did not notice I was getting another being sent. When it arrived I submitted return request and was told I was not able to do so. I opened the bottle yesterday. Even when spraying the product there was no scent. Today again NO scent at all. Is this just colored water? Unacceptable.

The perfume is delightful. It’s a lovely scent of fresh vanilla with great wearability. The strength is appropriate and the bottle size is convenient. It was a good value for the money and had gift value to it. Highly recommended for vanilla lovers everywhere.

Due to skin sensitivities, needed, and all natural perfume. This is not only doesn’t have much of a vanilla note, it also provoked a skin rash. Their ingredient list shows a “Botanical Fragrance Blend” which they describe as “a signature blend of pure essential oils, nature identical oils, and botanically derived aromas.” That phrase “nature identical oils” is the catch. These are synthetic compounds made in a lab to chemically mimic natural scents — they’re not truly natural, even if they’re designed to replicate nature. So the claim of being “all natural” isn’t entirely accurate. They do use organic sugar cane alcohol and are free from phthalates, parabens, and petrochemicals , which puts them well ahead of most commercial perfumes. But they’re not 100% natural. Also worth noting — the Environmental Working Group (EWG), a well-respected independent watchdog for cosmetic safety, actually rates Lavanila Pure Vanilla as “High Hazard” on their Skin Deep database, which sadly I hadn’t researched before, or I would’ve avoided this to my sensitivities. I trusted what was in the listing, and only dug deeper after I developed a rash where the product had been applied. If you don’t have sensitive skin, this is a lot cleaner than many other options out there the scent is nice, it’s just not very vanilla forward… will be giving the remainder I’d mine to a friend to use!

I had bought a big bottle of this from Sephora but wanted something small to carry with me and easy to apply. So when I saw that they had a roll on of it I was excited! It’s a great perfume and the roll on bottle is pretty big for a roll on perfume. Only issue is I struggle with the ball here and there but that could also be user error lol. All in all this perfume I HIGHLY recommend! It’s a warm vanilla without the smell of chemicals others tend to have. I am allergic to a lot of perfumes and it causes migraines and sinus pressure trouble breathing. This perfume doesn’t cause me any issue whatsoever and the smell is just amazing. I also like this roll on as the full bottle is expensive and for as much as I use perfume, this will last me a long time without a hefty price tag.

My 15 year old started using this a year ago and loved it. She also loves the deodorant. Gets many compliments. This one went in her Easter basket this morning. She was so happy.

Amazing perfume the vanilla scent is still prominent without toxic or harsh ingredients. Your Even though it’s quite pricy definitely getting the most out of your buck!

Amo questo profumo che normalmente compro in America presso Sephora. In Italia , malgrado le mie ricerche, non l'ho mai trovato . Quando l'ho scovato su Amazon è stata pura felicità !!!!!

I bought this with a hope that it won't trigger allergies but just like other brands I had the same problem with this one but it's less annoying than others ,anyone with chest allergy shouldn't buy this but others should try at least once

Pure vanilla and stays for long

I love the subtle smell that Lavanila offers. For my scent-sensitive friends, this is the only scent they don't react to (otherwise, I use Chanelle Chance and another scent made in a perfumery just for me—both of which my scent-sensitive friends seem to get headaches from, but LaVanilla has no negative impact on those same friends). I highly recommend this scent and brand.
