Very small, no taste and good value
I've been looking for a vitamin E supplement for the antioxidant properties and hopefully help with overall health and more precisely improve egg quality for fertility issues. Like most supplements the result is not always "visible and measurable". I can only hope is helping though I can't see any changes in my health. Regarding these softgels, they are very small and easy to swallow. There's no flavour at all and are good value for money. Which is what I was looking for. Regarding the effect I don't notice any difference from them, just hoping they are playing their part.
