Arrive well packed just over 2kg good ratio Of meat to bone with little fat. Good bone marrow for flavour and bone & fat i didn't want in curry was cook to make the stock. Produced a beautiful curried goat will definately be purchasing again.

Opening the packet was a shock as meat stank (of goat?) I contacted sellers and they said it would be strong! Very little bone so plenty of meat but had to divvy up and freeze to forget odour for a few weeks!

Goat's meat is hard to come by in my area and very expensive. I was very happy with the quality of the meat and felt it was value for money. It arrived still partially frozen and was well packaged.
