I recently purchased the Wildlife Sciences Melt Resistant Suet Balls Variety 16 Pack, and overall, I'm quite pleased with the product. The suet balls are well-formed, hold together nicely, and have a pleasant scent that seems to attract various birds, including woodpeckers, chickadees, and nuthatches. They are also melt-resistant, which is ideal for warmer days. However, I did encounter a minor issue when trying to use them with my Bird Buddy holder for suet balls. The suet balls are slightly larger than the holder's capacity, which is designed for suet balls up to 2.25 inches in diameter. As a result, the suet balls don't fit snugly in the top half of the holder. Nevertheless, they do sit just fine in the bottom half, allowing birds to access them without much trouble. While this isn't a deal-breaker, it's something to keep in mind if you're using the Bird Buddy holder for suet balls. Overall, the quality of the suet balls is excellent, and the birds in my yard seem to love them. If you're looking for a high-quality suet option that attracts a variety of birds, the Wildlife Sciences Melt Resistant Suet Balls are a solid choice. Just be aware of the size compatibility if you're using specific feeders like the Bird Buddy suet holder.

Really great suet balls. Do not soften or get soft during the warm weather.

Birds love these and squirrels hate them (unlike the bird seed in the feeders that the squirrels empty twice a day)!! A little pricey though.
