Night sweats? Gone!So I bought the trio (Balance, Active & Better Slim). Going to start taking them March 1 when my original Balance bottle runs out.

Just got it, but so far, good, appetite has cut back my mood is a little better,

I tried these for a week and found them easy to swallow. The ingredients listed are a variety of mushrooms. Unfortunately these did nothing to alleviate my perimenopause symptoms. I don’t plan to continue them and I find the $49 price too high for a bunch of mushrooms and no relief.

I feel like I have more energy when taking this. Interestingly the description touts it as menopause relief, but the bottle simple refers to women’s wellness/balance and not specifically menopause

These have a great variety of mushroom ingredients. It’s nice to get all the healthy benefits of several types of mushrooms, without having to actually eat them.
