Is there any chance these would cling tightly to STONE? Want to use to hang netting to block a balcony off for cats.

I don’t know about the paint, but I am going to try it. Also, the last person that answered you is incorrect, IMO. I have had this hook holding a step ladder for a year and it’s still going strong. We take the step ladder off and on the hook almost every day. I’m so happy with the product that I’m buying more.

Over a year on a painted wall. I have used them before and I highly recommend them. Removing them is a breeze and doesn't damage the paint.

No they won't . They disappointed me because they fall off easily they can't bare any weight
