No adverse side effects, but confused on daily serving amount
My only issue with these is a discrepancy on the recommended daily amount. The pictures on the product page show a suggested use of three capsules per day, however the bottle I received shows a suggested dosage of just one (picture attached). Therefore I'm erring on the side of caution and taking only one, but I don't know if I'm getting the full dosage or not. Other than that, the capsules themselves are tasteless - which shouldn't be a surprise since the contents are encapsulated but if you're concerned about a garlic taste or smell, there is none. I also like the fact that these contain only the black garlic extract and nothing else, so if appropriate (check with your doctor!) you may be able to take these along with other supplements.
