Do appreciate the excellent build quality and functional design / performance. Exceeds expectations.

The product looks very good however it sufferes from some issues, at least the one I purchased. There was no manual. The unit keeps on tripping intermittently when load is connected to the unit. There is NO reset pin switçh at all. So basically it is non functional also importantly the unit makes some crackling noise when ON it then switched OFF and then ON, something in the sensing circuit is not right or defective, you cannot open the unit which is sealed?? However I succeeded in opening it and found that the Neutral wire was not soldered properly to the Neutral Line and thus causing a short circuit,please take care in future.

Extremely bad service. Recieved a product with insulation cut and wires exposed. Asked for money back and company stated only exchange can be done. After 8 days of waiting ..it shows that product was replaced 3 days later when the faulty product is still with me and no replacement was done

Good product that makes charging multiple devices very convenient. It is compact in design and its performance is as stated by the seller. A special word for the seller - Panchhi Store - who went out of the way to replace the initially bought item that had malfunctioned. They had no questions to ask and replaced it even though we had no warranty document. Very honest seller!!! Highly recommended.
