I have wanted some snow chains for ages. These ones are perfect for me being out in the countryside on a hill - I have lost count of the times I have been unable to get my car off my drive and on the main road when it snows and or when it is very muddy. I was just after something easy and effective - without it looking ridiculous and overkill.Happily, these are great. Lightweight, and easy to put on and I am hoping they be effective - they will definitely add grip, anyway. These are perfect for emergency use and just to keep in the back of the car just in case.Overall, a nice easy solution

The design of these is a great idea based on heavy duty cable ties these will be so simple & easy to fit but you will need at least two sets of these (20) to give both wheel traction and you must remember these are for compacted snow, the moment you go on to hard ground they will wear out very quickly so should be used as an emergency to get you out of trouble, see pictures to show the design & stud make up, unless you happen to use them you will never know how good they will be so keep them in your car ready for just in case.

Absolutely useless, used for the first time when I got stuck and they all failed within the first 10m, I would not recommend to anyone.

First of all, they're not chains. The strips are plastic. Second, I feel like at least 4 packs of these are required, not just a single pack of 10 strips. 1 pack per tyre would be needed to get any sort of traction I think. Trying to spread out one pack between 4 tyres is never going to work. If you were desperate and these 10 strips were all you had then I suppose it's better than nothing...but realistically, 10 is not enough.

This is a clever gizmo for to get you out the poop, they fit on my 235/ 65/ 16 van tyres easily with plenty to spare, I’m sure they will fit on big 4x4 tyres as well as much smaller tyres. If you were to get caught out in a serious snow storm these would be invaluable and at a cost that won’t hurt your pocket, I think every car and van should carry a set of these in a winter kit

Thankfully didn’t have to use them but will keep in car for the future. They look easier than others I have seen

These are a good alternative to the metal snow chains.Not sure how solid they are being a plastic strip.As a idea is brilliant:easy to care,to fit,to use.How efficient they are?Only the time will tell.

Drive for 2 min and broke into pieces , a waste of effort and money.

I tryed those. The Idea is very good and practical. But when you have an heavier car more than 1500kg (Ford galaxy mk3) then those might break apart due to the lag of material quality. The first put on is simple but first turn of the Tire and ALL of them broke.Good Idea but bad Quality for the usage.
