Too compact
Like the price, fast shipping, worked for some yrs. Contacts are nice big. Went to using 2 pole contactor, or relay for reversing. All of these are to small , hard to get large wires into around where to be. No room in the enclosures.. the old saying ten tons in a one ton box

I used it for a boat hoist 12volt motor
Pretty easy to install there's not a ton of room inside the switch box but I was able to get it to work, replaced an electronic switch that stopped working once it went under water. I think because there's no electronics in this drum switch it should be better in case it goes under water.

Motor Reversing Switch
I needed a reversing switch for a split phase motor I use on a small belt sander. This switch was priced much more attractively than the metal cased ones I bought years ago and are now much more expensive. It took some figuring out how to wire the switch. I basically ran the two wires that are swapped to reverse the motor from the motor to the switch and then back to the motor. Another set of contacts were used to connect the hot wire to the running coil. It works perfectly for me in this application.

Not an English word on the package nor any instructions!
Switch seems functional and can be considered 'rainproof' if mounted onto a surface with screws which cover the open holes in the back. I am thankful someone posted a picture of wiring for a DC reversible motor because, as he indicated in his review, unless you are a trained electrician, there was no way to figure out the diagrams on the box.....and, as I mentioned in the title, no instructions.

Instructions are in Chinese
There is no way to read the instructions they are in Chinese!!! A licensed electrician couldn’t figure it out. Don’t waste your money on this one
