Very effective for cravings
Nicotex gum helps control nicotine cravings. It kicks in fast and is especially useful during strong urge phases. Mint flavour is decent and not overly harsh. Very easy to use - the chew and park method is simple once you get used to it. Much more practical than patches when cravings hit unexpectedly. Good value for money considering how effective it is. One strip can easily replace multiple cigarettes, which actually ends up saving money in the long run. PS: don’t overuse it. Chewing too many gums in a day or keeping them in the mouth continuously can cause mouth ulcers.
