Really good devotional to promote conversations as a couple.

This devotional has been awesome for our marriage! I was a bit nervous buying it without being able to thumb through it. But it really helped us to actually TALK about God in our marriage. It will walk you through some topics that really make you think. Each devotion is about 2 pages and gives you a scripture "base" and then a story to go along with it. It is well written and easy to read. We would go out for cheesecake :), pray (which we had never done together before--except at meals), read, and talk. It changed our marriage and brought us closer. We highly reccomend this book!

My wife and I purchased this book for a 20-month marriage group we are participating in. From the very first devotional and each one thereafter (we have made it through five so far), we can heard God speaking directly to us and revealing to us wisdom and truths that seem so simple and yet are so profound. We know that God had us purchase this book and it has and continues to be life-changing for our marriage relationship. I would highly recommend this book to any couple who is looking to improve their marriage God's way through his word.

We are using this in our couples life group, and being only six weeks into the discussions we have found the passages enlightening and very beneficial. We would strongly recommend this devotional especially for couples to read and share with each other what that weeks passage meant to them.

I love this weekly devotion me and my fiancé are soon to be married and we’re recommended this weekly devotion by a family member. it really puts things in perspective on how marriage should be and how God wants us to be in marriage!

My girlfriend and I bought this and have been doing it fairly consistently for the past 5 months or so and love it. It's hard to find anything for the 'dating' couple, but we found this just as useful if you are serious with your partner about marriage (as we are, we're getting engaged next month!). We have been challenged by it and enjoy it quite a bit. Sometimes I find the style in which Thomas writes can be a little hard to read aloud and can trip you up if you're reading it to someone. Nonetheless, there have been some great lessons we've taken from this. I'd suggest it for sure!
