These sound absolutely amazing
The SoundPEATS Engine 4 earbuds produce good sound for a pair of earbuds at this price point - actually, they sound good even compared to more expensive earbuds. BASS: These have really good bass extension and those looking for good sub-bass will find it in the Engine 4. These don't have a nasty sound-muddying mid-bass hump either. Many other earbuds at this price point will have weird mid-bass bloat that "bleed" into lower mids causing overly warm mids. Luckily, the Engine 4 doesn't exhibit that problem at all; the bass is very clean and does not get in the way of the mids. Now out of the box, these had way too much bass overall for my particular tastes. But that's completely OK for three reasons: [reason #1] You can tone down the bass with the eq in the SoundPEATS app [reason #2] bass QUALITY - clarity and definition - is very solid [reason #3] there may be bassheads out there who may actually enjoy that much bass. MIDS: Are you a B-man, M-man, or T-man? Me - well, I'm an M-man. That is, I'm a mids person. I love natural sounding mids. Too many times ear buds and headphones will have weird 'scooped-out' or 'shouty' or 'overly warm' mids where the lower-mids, mid-mids, and high-mids balance is out of whack. I'm happy to say the Engine 4 - to my ears at least - do not have that problem. The Engine 4 has a very smooth and full mids presentation with just enough energy in the higher mids to keep things interesting. Simply put, the tonality and timbre of the mids in the Engine 4 are just right to me. TREBLE: The treble amount is just right to me. It's not overly veiled or toned down, but it's not overdone and too in your face like you might find in other main-stream ear buds and headphones. Also, quality-wise the treble is smooth with no noticeable sibilance. Overall clarity: The Engine 4 exhibit superb clarity with solid resolution and track separation. That is, these can handle many different sounds going on at the same time, and each different voice, instrument, etc. will sound clear and distinct. Now of course these won't be as detailed and resolving as a pair of 1000-dollar headphones, but you knew that already. Battery life: I'm my experience so far these definitely have had above average battery life compared to other wireless earbuds I've owned. This is especially impressive when you consider the fact that these are super lightweight in your ear. I've owned wireless ear buds costing many more times than the Engine 4, and the Engine 4 sounds as good if not better than those other ear buds. If you're looking for the best possible sounding wireless earbuds for the least possible money, these are most definitely worth a look. And if you want more info, I'd encourage you to check out head-fi . org as well as YT video reviews. There's a lot that other reviewers cover that I haven't covered in my own review. One final note: I believe SoundPEATS or Amazon may possibly have created two different ASINs and thus two different pages for the exact same SoundPEATS Engine4 model. That's why you'll find this page (ASIN B0C5Q9VNCP) along with the other page (ASIN B0C4NNBD9H). Also, this particular product page (B0C5Q9VNCP) is showing that reviewers got a free set - that's also an error on Amazon's part. I purchased these with my own money for $30 - which is yet another indication this product page was made in error; the Engine 4 is supposed to retail at $60. Thank you, SoundPEATS and Amazon, for the accidental(?) discount😆

Great sound, comfortable, customizable with app
Before the pros, a quick couple "cons" that did not warrant the loss of a star rating in my opinion: There are 2 different Soundpeats apps on the Android/Google Play store and both could identify/connect these headphones and allow some interaction, but only one app would allow EQ setting changes and therefore is the best app version for me! With EQ tweaks to my personal preference, these have a fun, full sound. The other tiny con is that the touch controls are sensitive and personally I kept hitting the button when rearranging my ears/etc. Thankfully the aforementioned app allows you to change the functionality of each type of touch (single, double, triple, long press) or to disable touch overall with a single toggle. Now on to the good stuff! This is the first headphone of this style I've ever had, I've tried on Airpods as a point of comparison but my personal audio collection has IEMs, in other words mostly headphones with rubber inserts for isolation and clarity. To my very pleasant surprise, these Soundpeats Air3 Deluxe HS can still provide a fun sound without cutting my off from the outside world and sounds like IEMs do. In my personal EQ setup, I beefed up the Bass and Treble frequencies a couple notches to accentuate my favorite sound signature, the good-ole "V-shaped" sound which is lively, bassy, but doesn't drown any frequencies out. With this setup saved as my custom EQ, my music listening experience with these headphones is very enjoyable. To be fair, without any EQ changes I would have been 'slightly' disappointed by the bass quantity, only because I find many headphones lack bass and sometimes EQ tuning isn't good enough, but again it ended up working very well with these Air3s! A note about fit: they've been growing on me, I had to try out some angles to get used to the feel of these in my ears, and ultimately I learned that the sweet spot in my ears is lenient and they stay fairly snug while headbanging or walking around. I have not tested Game Mode yet but I greatly appreciate it as an option I may need. Listening to videos was good and I did not notice a delay/desync in Youtube videos while watching someone talk even without Game Mode active. I had a 2 hour phone call and have listened to hours of music without any battery-life concerns. Overall sound clarity is quite nice and I consider myself an amateur audiophile, so you'd think I'd have much to say about the LDAC setting (found in your phone's bluetooth setting when connected to the headphones, not in the Soundpeats apps fyi), but to my ears through Spotify's highest-quality audio stream, there might be a beneficial albeit minimal difference, but it I'll need to test more. What I'll say is that thankfully it won't be necessary to enjoy your music in general, and I've heard that it may use more battery power to use LDAC so I can safely save some juice without it. Like Game Mode, I appreciate that it is available and look forward to using LDAC to enjoy my favorite songs in their greatest detail! In conclusion, these have impressed and provided a new listening method/style (not IEM or over-ear), and I'm happy to add them to my ever-growing audio collection.

Best thing about them was their soundstage. It feels quite wide and spacious. The bass response is also well. Ample bass. Good punch and depth is good too. Doesn’t overpower the sound and stays in the background just as we want it to be. Quite enjoyable. Compared to airpods pro, I would say the bass amount is more and you would enjoy the bass. The airpods do sound much more full and quite richer. But unless you compare them side to side you’d not notice much difference. The mids on this one is good too. Detailing is decent even if there are a lot of layers. At half the price it more than compensates what you typically expect at this price point. This bud is indeed good competitor to air pods pro. There’s however some noise felt for a few songs. I mean just a slight crack. But only for some songs. Almost all the songs I heard were pretty clean and decent. The game mode (reduces audio lag) affects the sound reception a bit. You’d find music dropping. But you’d not use that mode for music listening. Very light on the ears. You almost will not feel you’re wearing anything. Yeah, they’re not that tight. I did go to run with them once and they didn't fall, but they are loose, there's good probability they may fall of in serious movements. Their appstore app is seriously buggy and very unoptimized. I haven’t tested if there’s any difference felt with LDAC enabled since iPhone doesn’t support ldac over Bluetooth. Overall, I would definitely recommend. They’re technically half the price you’d pay in amazon. The customs take up half the price. If you have a NRI friend, these are a total steal!

Sound Quality is good...ANC is almost absent so if this is one of your needs, dont buy this...In a nutshell my 'oppo enco 2' of Rs 2K is as good as this one so dont waste 11K...It is not more than Rs 2-3K. after 6 months of use: battery dies in an hour, this is as good as any 1000-2000 Rs earbud.
