Handy communications carrier
Nice construction, well thought out. I like the lightweight and ergo build quality. Shipping was very fast, price reflects value in this quality piece. Thank you so much !

Great for our VFD
We bought one for every member of our VFD, they work great on EMS and Wildland fire incidents. Quality and durability are great, we've been using these for 5 years now. They are an excellent value for the money, especially since we're self funded.

the pocket is nice for writing supplies
Well l'll give it a 4. Not as well made as I expected-I really don't think it will last long if bought for hard use. At the price point it will do well for bug out or emergency use. Fits well, the pocket is nice for writing supplies, maps etc. radio pocket is small and elastic. Fits a baofeng, with extended battery(I think it was designed for that) my Yaesu and Icom are too tight- they fit but the elastic pouch causes me to struggle to pull out and put back in. GPS pouch is too snug to easily use with my Garmin map62. Flashlight pocket is tall and thin like for a maglight mini. Basically my have to take the harness off to replace equipment. If you can live with those limitations then buy it. I'm keeping it as I think I will find a use for it in the emergency kit. Meanwhile I am still looking

Well made, and comfortable
I work as an industrial electrician, and needed a hands free solution for the radios we use while working in confined spaces, and on large cable pulls. This harness was perfect. I have a large frame, and the harness fits me well, to the point that you forget you're wearing it, and it holds the radio very securely. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a small strap or clip for hanging an external microphone. While I currently clip it to the chest strap, its not the most ideal location. I would buy this product, or another from Coaxsher anytime.

Been using for almost a year.
I've been using mine for about a year. Works great to hold my Motorola radio and essentially two phones, one below the radio and the other inside the pouch. I like that it holds the radio antenna towards the left, allowing me to still get into my work rig and put my seat belt on without issue.

Won't work for a Bendix-King, otherwise, could be OK.
Okay harness for a smaller radio. It will NOT work well for a Bendix-King EPH/GPH handheld, however - the elastic pocket is too tight and the upper velcro strap goes right across the screen on the face of the radio when the battery (standard size or the clamshell) is seated in the elastic lower portion. It will work for smaller radios, however. I was a little puzzled with the auxiliary pouch on the front. It would have been a good size and configuration for the "flip-phone" cell phones we were all using some years ago, but it's the wrong shape for an iPhone and it's a tight squeeze for many of the commonly used GPS units - I tried it with a Garmin etrex and, although the unit fit, it was difficult to get in and out quickly. I've had a lot of radio harnesses - starting with those old, black cotton canvas Motorola ones - and I keep looking for the right one. Since I need to use it for a B-K handheld, this isn't it. Could be good for ski patrolling, provided you're using a radio that fits the pouch and, preferably, has the screen on the top of the radio, not on the front.

Perfect size for a single radio application with other slot ...
Perfect size for a single radio application with other slot open for flashlight, cell, spare battery, whatever is needed. The adjustabilty of every anchor point is why I favor this unit over the dozens of other options available. The best part of this style is that it does NOT impede the use of pockets or pen slots on shirt under the harness, and its angles still allow badges/name tags to remain visible. I will be sticking with this product and reordering annually if necessary. It holds the radio tightly, but keeps the controls in east reach at all times. I use mine for 12 hour shifts and is barely noticeable; I assumed it would make me sweat like mad between pecs, but it does not make it uncomfortable, and we do some short-term work on 100+degree decks. Top-recommendation for any other fellow Operators or Emergency Response Team members out there, great piece of gear for the money. (Beth's Husband)

Helps keep your gear within quick reach
Very useful for carrying around more than one radio and having accessories ready and easily accessible on your chest. Fits well over coats and still allows for easy motions of getting in and out of vehicles regularly.

Returned item
I returned the item. It fits nicely for a women’s shape but the Velcro straps on top of shoulders are uncomfortable with a back pack. I might have kept if it had not been so expensive. Will be looking at other options.

Two Stars
The pockets were too small for my purposes and did not adjust well.
