Comfortable for neck support
This car neck support pillow is memory foam. The material feels very comfortable supporting my neck while driving. The thickness and support just fit my neck my well. The memory foam is no bad smell at all compared to other memory foam in the market.

Used for a road trip during the weekend, it makes me drive very comfortably with this supportive neck resting pillow.

Very uncofortable for taller people
It's a hard time when it comes to adjusting the height of the pillow and it mainly works for shorter people, its soft but it also doesn't seem worth the money since the memory foam doesn't work with certain headrests as there isn't enough friction to hold it tight, even with the velcro straps. the straps are cheap as they can barely hold on and it gives me a headache adjusting it every red light

THIS IS A GREAT BUY IF YOU HAVE NECK ISSUES. I OWN THREE. I'VE BEEN USING THIS FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND LOVE IT. I HAVE ONE ON MY OFFICE CHAIR, ONE ON MY CAR SEAT AND ONE I TAKE WITH ME ON ALL MY TRIPS (I TRAVEL AT LEAST 200 DAYS OF THE YEAR!). I USE IT AT THE DENTIST OFFICE AND PHYSICAL THERAPIST OFFICE. GREAT HEADREST, COMFY, DURABLE AND PROVIDES THE SUPPORT NEEDED. I FORGOT ONE IN A CAR RENTAL IN ITALY LAST YEAR AND IMMEDIATELY BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Doesn’t fit correctly for shorter people.
This is a good quality item ranging from stitching, to the foam used, to the material used for the headrest.The memory foam car headrest pillow provides support but it took me two months to adjust to the pillow. When I first received the headrest, I found it too bulky and my head leaned forward. After 2 months finally the foam is less bulky and softer for my neck. The problems is not just the rigidity of the product. Im 5 foot and it simply doesn’t rest correctly on my neck. It does provides support to my head. It took time for the headrest to become less bulky, more comfortable and for my head to rest correctly on the foamI think there needs to be 2 models One that less bulky for people that are shorter in and this one for people of average or taller height. It is difficult for any product to meet both the needs of a male at 6 feet 5 inch versus a female at 5 feet.
