Faulty 12VHPWR Adapter, Terrible Amazon support. BOMB - BE AWARE
Card works flawlessy and never exceeds 60C. Only problem with it? shipped with a faulty adapter.I was compensated for the adapter though and purchased a new one from my power supply manufacturer.*Amazon refunded me 100 dollars to purchase a new cable, that cable blew up and started a fire on the card and now Amazon is deeming my card ineligible. I will be speaking to the authorities and aswell as my local MLA regarding amazons disregard for health and safety of its customers

Amazing Card, but 10% over MSRP
Out of the box, this card is amazing. Anyone upgrading to this from literally anything will be impressed. The noise level is a bit high, but that's to be expected with 3 fans, and running Cyberpunk 2077 at absolute Max with Psycho Ray-Tracing enabled. The price is 10% over MSRP, but it's still managing to be the cheapest you can find. This was my first go at a Zotac card, and I'm pleasantly surprised so far.Taking into consideration that a 3090ti (which this card is about 24% faster than) can't be had below this price anywhere, this is a no-brainer. AND the 4080 has the latest generation tensor cores, which enable drastically better ray-tracing, and better DLSS performance! In terms of raw computational power, the RTX 4080 is 24% faster in benchmarks than a 3090ti, but drastically faster (sometimes 2x or more) than the 3090ti in games thanks to the latest software updates only available on the 40 series.I'd ignore the bad reviews. This product deserves a higher rating. Zotac has a place in the GPU industry, and it's not their fault that the prices are above MSRP.

Amazing card
Works great. Firestorm software allows a lot of customization. Highly recommend.

Functionally Solid
So it's exactly what you expect: a giant card that packs a lot of performance. As far as the 4080 model in general, it's definitely priced way higher than reasonable. I'm frustrated with the direction NVidia is taking the GPU market—especially since I've been wanting to switch from AMD for a while now for a better feature set and stability. As far as the size, you will definitely want to check the maximum GPU dimensions your case will support. While my Corsair Obsidian 450D would have accommodated the length just fine, the width only allowed about 15mm for the adapter and, given the melting issues that have been occurring with the 12VHPWR connector, this wasn't a risk I wanted to take on a $1500 card (and at a $1359 list price, it WILL be nearly $1500 with tax).On the subject of the adapter, I'm running a Corsair RM850x without a 12VHPWR plug. For now, I have daisy-chained one of my PCIe connectors to the third plug as leaving the third plug empty will not allow you to receive a display output. Performance seems to be normal for the card without overclocking as the card should only hit the 320w TGP under extreme sustained conditions and each PCIe connector is 150w. That said, I wouldn't have installed the card yet if I had more than a few days before my missing PCIe connector arrived. There is a red-light indicator when you daisy-chain or only connect two cables to the adapter. For this specific Zotac iteration, I have a few notes.First, the shroud is all plastic. It looked like it could be metal to me from the picture, but the only metal is the radiator. Even the backplate is plastic. The color around the logo matches the silver oval at the end and is not white. This was a plus for me as this matches my other components better, but it would still be nice to have accurate pictures. The lighting can only be controlled by Zotac's FireStorm software and is only available in 6 colors in static color mode: red, blue, green, cyan, magenta, yellow. There is only one lighting zone on this version. I have mine set to a dim white as it's the only lighting that looks decent in my build. The GPU support stand will not be useful if your power supply sits under your motherboard without a shroud over it. Its maximum support height is somewhere around 4 inches from the next surface down.Overall, I'm satisfied with the look and performance. I would have liked to see more premium materials for the shroud and better lighting control given the price, but I also understand that the problem doesn't specifically land on this iteration of the 4080 specifically. I'm still docking one star for the value.EDIT: I ended up sending the card back. I won't change my review, but I've decided that, given the price point, this is an endgame card for me and these little issues are just not acceptable to me.
