HP Q2612A 12A Original LaserJet Toner Cartridge, Black, Single Pack

A while ago, I made the mistake of locally buying a refill for my last original HP toner cartridge. The results were terrible with generally very poor quality print output and irregular toner distribution towards the end of cartridge life.This time, I didn't repeat the mistake and went back to original HP cartridges. The difference in printing quality is enormous with deep, high quality printing and superb toner distribution and fixing.Now that HP original cartridges are much cheaper, price difference of buying a refill is almost insignificant, and when you consider the quality of output and the higher number of quality prints you get from an HP original, buying these low standard refills appears to me as not just silly, but rather lining the pockets of cowboys!You also have the option of using HP's recycling programme at no extra cost.

I found that the print quality was as new. Previously I had experience of compatible cartridges for my printer (many of which leaked toner powder everywhere). Puting in an original manufacturer's cartridge solved the problem.

Works well and produces excellent quality prints from my Pro MFP M1 48fdw printer.Expensive - I would buy the high-yield version next time.NOT easy to install !

The cartridge itself was fine with no complaint. Works well. The only surprise was that even though the seller was based in UK and stated prices included VAT, the delivery was fulfilled by a sister company on the Channel Islands, and the invoice I later received had zero VAT on it. Not an issue if a private buyer -- in fact the private buyer can benefit from the zero-VAT to buy cheaper, presumably -- but if buying for a company, as I was, when comparing with another product you'd need to consider this 15%-VAT or zero-VAT factor to properly compare the prices.

Toner arrived.Box looked a bit damaged but the toner was sealed inside the plastic packaging however the toner when printing is extremely light.It looks like it will run out.It is not printing as dark as it should with a new toner.Would avoid buying from this seller.

These toner cartridges are for my HP Laser Jet 1022 printer. I CAN buy these locally (if and when they have them in stock!) but at higher cost. They are made by HP, and as one might expect they do the job well.

Well, I guess I have this cartridge in my printer, and having into consideration that I bought it ages ago I have to say I am very happy with it. I didn't know I had an original HP until I saw this pending review. I bought it in 2009 in the second year of my university degree. I still have it in my printer and keeps on printing. I am not a heavy user but I guess that being 7 years old tells something. Let's see when it start showing signs of getting empty.
