I have slept better since I started taking these. I get a better nights sleep. Not sure if it’s the tablets, or the psychological effects of taking them, but it’s working for me!

These pills were brought for my 89 year old mom, these are not sleeping pills , more like a herbal medicine, they will probably not work for everyone , but my mom says that they do help her to drift off to sleep, they were excellent value at half the price in the shops, and they arrived very early

Works first few time you take it but after that has no effect

My husband has trouble sleeping but didnt want to take sleeping pills , these are natural ingredients and help you relax to get that much needed sleep

I the fact that these are herbal so not addictive

Tried these a few times elsewhere and they worked was out in about 40 minutes. But these ones crap no even a yawn or a blink of an eye double pack 2 it's no valerian that's in them.al get them tested when I go back up 2 glasgow but waste of money.am not working so bit of a loss of money 4 me especially when there duds.

I originally found these while traveling abroad in Scotland. As someone who suffered for years from insomnia and was taking prescription sleep meds, these were a lifesaver. I found that they worked as well as Lunesta with getting me to sleep. Some nights I would wake up but was always able to go back to sleep. It's a safer product because prescription sleep meds really knock you out and impair your abilities if there was ever an emergency. A bonus to the valerian in this - it lowers stress levels and heart rates. The drawback for me was that after taking them for 6 weeks or so I began to have very vivid dreams and after 4 months or so, the effectiveness seemed to weaken. This product helped me wean myself off sleep meds completely. Now I take one only occasionally if I have a stressful day ahead or can't shut down my mind (1-2 days a month). I haven't taken a Lunesta in a year. I highly recommend these over other valerian products. I've tried several and none seem to be this effective or work through the night like this one does. One warning - the pills have a strange odor which I've since learned is the actual odor of the valerian root. It's not terrible but it took me a couple of weeks to figure out why I kept smelling "stinky feet" at bedtime!

I increased the dosage to two a night and didn't help my sleep (or lack of) Won't buy them again.
