I started drinking Vita Coco coconut water to stay hydrated while breastfeeding, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my milk supply! It’s refreshing, not too sweet, and perfect for keeping up fluids during long feeds or pumping sessions. The 500ml bottles are really convenient — easy to grab from the fridge and take on the go. I also love that it’s 100% natural with no added sugar or weird aftertaste. It might not work the same for everyone, but for me, it’s been a game changer for hydration and supply. Definitely worth trying for breastfeeding mums or anyone wanting a healthy, refreshing drink!

Very pleased with the size and quantity of the individual packs, must mention that it needs to be drunk within 2/3 days of opening to retain the original flavour, when first tasting this brand, observed a strange/different taste to what I had bought previously, not as good, but acceptable.

Bought this to try and keep hydrated when breastfeeding. If you struggle to just drink plain water then this is a good supplement to help with hydration. Bottles are easy to grab and don’t seem to leak. Taste is pretty good and not too sweet. Seems pretty good quality.

Dieses Kokosnusswasser schmeckt dem Wasser einer frischen Kokosnuss sehr ähnlich und wurde nicht versüßt. Diese Marke ist mit Abstand die Beste, die ich bisher probiert habe. Das Kokosnusswasser habe ich in meinem Urlaub in Vietnam oft direkt aus der Kokosnuss getrunken und es schmeckt fast genauso frisch. Bei der Lieferung ist der Karton leider aufgerissen und es kamen nur 9 von 12 Packungen an, darunter auch einige mit Schäden. Der Amazon-Support hat mir daraufhin die komplette Lieferung erstattet.
