Alex Evenings Women's Long Shift Dress Illusion Neckline (Petite and Regular)

I loved everything about it. The dress is very well made. The material has a stretch to it but is shapely, doesn't wrinkle and is absolutely the perfect length. I'm 5"2 1/2 and it is perfect length. I won't need to have it hemmed. I will be wearing this to my daughter's wedding and I love how comfortable it feels. There is nothing worse than being in something that you can't wait to get out of but this dress is one you could wear all night. I'm so excited!!! I will come back later when I'm dressed in it and put a picture for review.

I really loved this dress, it was one of many I ordered for my sons wedding and was my top pick until I decided to go with a knee length dress instead of this long dress.

Unfortunately this didn’t work for me because the material was too heavy for a summer wedding but the fit was perfect and it’s quite flattering.

I didn’t know what to expect from ordering a dress without trying it on first, but I was pleasantly surprised! I followed the size guide and the dress fit me perfectly. I am 5’1” and ordered the petite. I won’t even have to get it hemmed. The material is a nice stretchy polyester blend and it arrived folded, but it was not wrinkled. I’m happy with my purchase.

I ordered 4 dresses to try for my daughter's wedding. I'm not the easiest person to fit as I'm 5'4" and 165 lbs. Turns out this dress is the winner out of all four dresses. It was really quite flattering, far more than all the others. The whole family agreed, so I will have it shortened professionally and I will not have set a foot in a bridal shop for a mother of the bride dress...definitely a plus! The dress feels comfortable as well. So happy to have found it.

Good quality and fit, but the neckline, rhinestones and the fit of the sleeves, make it look dated.

This dress is very nice and comfortable! It is made with nice fabric and stretches. I received other dresses from other sellers that were absolutely terrible, but this dress was heaven compared to the others. I'm looking forward to wearing it to my event in November. I am 5 foot 5 and will need to have it shortened a bit, otherwise it's perfect!

This is a gorgeous dress. I had to return it as I found a dress that I liked just a tad better for my body type but you can not go wrong with giving this gown a try. It was very true to size.

I have such a hard time finding a dress to fit. I am too large on top and somewhat normal on the bottom. I have been to every boutique, dress shop looking for a dress for my son's wedding. Nothing at all fit me even remotely nice. Each time I left in tears thinking I would never find a nice dress. I found Alex Evenings online and was nicely surprised to see I could get them through Amazon. So nice to be able to order a bunch of dresses and try them on in my own home with people to help me decide what would look nice. I have to say that the dresses at Alex Evenings fit so nicely! I ended up picking this dress which I laugh when I say feels like I am wearing my pj's! It is so comfortable! I just love it. I will have to have it taken up just a bit, but other than that it fits like a glove! Please do yourself a favour and order an Alex dress! You will not be disappointed!

Have such a hard time finding Alex Evening dresses in stores, so happy I found my preferred brand here. Alex Evening dresses are my go to whenever I'm looking for a dress. Affordable, slimming and the fabric is so soft. Order your usual size, the fabric has a bit of a stretch to it in a good way.
