Not as advertised. ZERO stars
Ordered the first time, and just received a nasal speculum, not the complete diagnostic set shown on the purchase page. Went through the Amazon return, marked as incorrect item received, and noted that I only received a nasal speculum. Well guess what, I just received another nasal speculum. I need to file for a refund now, and find something else.
