I take this in my hair growth regimen to detox the liver from hormone residue. And combine with using Taoist soap 2-3 times a week, scalp massage daily and vinegar rinse of the hair a few times a week, which has helped me regrow some of my lost hair, and maintain my hair growth rate and speed of growth.Most people don't see results if they expect miracles with doing just 1 thing, but you need a proper hair care routine to help resolve things like this. Anyway your skin and body will also thank you. I switch between this and fresh leaves whenever i can and make tea from it.

Good quality product and is good for the days when I want nettle goodness but don't fancy the tea. Think should have been a plastic bottle instead of glass though to save money.

I knew that nettle works a treat against allergies - I get skin rashes and hives in the spring, and have found out a while ago that nettle helps enormously. But I used to take it in tincture, which is expensive and cumbersome to carry around, plus you're drinking alcohol all the time. I was sceptical about taking it in such processed (capsules), but wow! These work EVEN better and faster than the tincture, and they are so much more economical! Hurray Solgar!

This arrived in good time and has turned out to be an excellent product that has minimised my hay fever symptoms. I don't know if it would work for everyone but I suggest giving it a try anf persevering for at least two weeks, preferably till the bottle is almost empty, as the capsules can take time to work. And be sure to order another bottle in good time if the caps make a difference!

Absolutely Fantasticcc! i've been having really bad sinus problem where i can't taste, smell, allergic to dust especially when outside in supermarkets etc, non stop all day. gives severe headache because of this as i feel no oxygen in my brain and blocked by all this horrible problem i have. And after an intentive research i've found that surpringly this nettle extract

i was taking it for my ambrosia allergy and it worked amazingly well.i started taking a pill a day three weeks in advance and was totally symptom free.i have nothing but praise for this product.

Just adding to my original review: I love this Solgar Stinging Nettle supplement! I order this every month and would not be without it! It has been such a help with my allergies!!These supplements are very effective! I have used several different Solgar supplements and have been extremely pleased with each one.I greatly appreciate that they are packaged in amber glass bottles! I try to purchase supplements packaged in glass because I feel the integrity of the supplement is better preserved than when it is packaged in plastic.This is my third bottle of Stinging Nettle from Solgar. I take one each night and my allergies have stayed at bay all spring and summer.The medicinal properties of Stinging Nettle are well documented, as it has been used for hundreds of years for a variety of health issues.It is vegan friendly and wheat and gluten free, which is essential for me.

PRODUCT IS OK, BUT I ALSO TRIED STINGING NETTLE TEA....THE TEA BY FAR IS MORE POWERFUL...I GUESS TEA GETS INTO YOUR BODY SYSTEM BETTER.

Flavor? Well, just swallow it quick - it’s a WEED! But.... I really DO believe it helps my allergies; weird ! I first read about the benefits of Stinging Nettle in a Farm Magazine that my husband gets - go figure! 🤷‍♀️😊
