Terrific amp, great value for money
Purchased to downsize from my venerable Arcam Blackbox 500 DAC, 290/290P amps. No downsize in audio quality. Three boxes replaced with one that has more facilities and more detailed sound. Even makes my freeview box sound acceptable. I'm using only digital sources so cannot comment on the analogue inputs. Used with Spendor SP2s makes a great sound.

Very good company.
Very good company. No quibble full refund when I was not satisfied with the product. I would certainly purchase from them again.

Very good
Had an old NAD amp/ cd player from the 80s and was well pleased until buying my new combination, I now hear keyboards and backing vocals that I never knew existed and just love the overall sound. Very pleased.

4.5 Star review - Great sounding amp, phono input sensitivity low.
Bought from Sevenoaks direct. Very well specified amp with lots of functionality and connectivity. A very 'relaxed' sound that is loud and punchy and not 'in your face'. Some people might not find this an 'exciting' sound, but it depends on your speakers. I like this sort of presentation. The only fly in the ointment for me, and only reason for me not giving a 5 star review, is that the phono input sensitivity is a little low. This amp replaced my 1980s Rotel RA820BX, nominally 35W, and to get a similar loudness from the C368 requires turning the volume knob up to 9, whereas on the Rotel it was unbearably loud with the same turntable/cartridge combo at 5. Obviously this is of no consequence if you are not planning to use vinyl. I like the idea that the operating software can be updated, and BlueOS can be added, but the phono sensitivity is a hardware function according to NAD Support, who were very helpful.

OK sound, does not offer the level of excitement like the Arcam or Rega which are conventional amplifiers. Volume control is like an AV receiver starting from -79 to +15db so volume change takes a long time.

Refined amp for those who want to relax
I've listened this amp intensively for about 1 and 1/2 hours with Pop, Rock, Jazz and Classic. It's a very refined experience. For the same quality level with conventional solid state amps, you would have to spend about the same money - but this one sounding "softer", something beetween solid state and tubes. It sounds very quiet, with a "black" background along deep powerful but articulate bass. Medium and highs are rather on the warm side, but nontheless detailled and transparent. All together, that provides a very homogenous, harmonic delivery which is not short of finesse and quite deep and broad imaging. The best digital amplifier I tested, so far. When you add the optional phono and streaming boards, it's not at little expense ! So if you need a budget price, rather go for the C 338, it sounds similar, but still a little less refined, while it's fully equipped with phono and streaming. Both strongly recommended, even though the C 338 is nearly unbeatable in terms of value for money !

For 1149$ I am somewhat disappointed with the lack of control over the bluetooth functionality. It's important to me for the remote control to allow for changing and pausing of tracks. Those buttons are included on the remote, however they only function if you can afford the 500$ addon card with bluetooth and USB options. Kinda pricey at nearly half the cost of the amplifier itself. For the good side of this review , I say will that I'm fairly impressed with the class D sound of this NAD amplifier I do notice that it's not as punchy and dynamic as the ROTEL 1572 amplifier, which does bluetooth track changes. The NAD remote has nearly blinding blue LEDs otherwise it is good solid controller. If I'd been able to find this information before my purchase, I wouldn't have
