Bought this protector since my boyfriend is allergic to most things and I thought it might help with some of it at least a little. I can't really say whether it helped with the allergies but he has been sniffling less, so at the very least it didn't make anything worse. It is a little "rougher" than most other mattress protectors, but I honestly haven't noticed anything since putting the sheet on top. It feels a bit "harder" at first when you lie down but you get used to it very quickly. I now don't even notice it's there anymore. What makes this product better than most other mattress protectors is that it covers the FULL MATTRESS. We often had problems with the mattress protector and the sheet coming off in the middle of the night, which is uncomfortable and annoying. Covering the entire mattress makes it impossible for the protector to come off, and we've noticed the sheet has only come off ONCE since installing it when it used to happen several times a month sometimes. Putting the protector on was surprisingly easy even though we had very limited space in the bedroom. Simply pull the mattress down, put it into an upright position, and put the protector on from the top of the mattress. Pull it down as far as possible, put mattress back down into normal lying position. Pull protector rest of the way and close. All in all, can only recommend this, I'm never going back to mattress protector sheets after this!

Is good but not the best, it feels a bit cheape. Didn't had any problems tho...I don't feel that it is on the mattress.

Feels and sounds like a waterproof cover and it wrinkles . Have now put it on our spare bed as I found it uncomfortable

Fits perfect, easy to put on, admittedly it needed two people for my king mattress, but was on in less than a minute, has a secure zipper with velcro zip cover for extra protection, i got this not only for bed bug prevention but mainly for allergies, i dont have bed bugs, but its always good to be prepared.

Comfortable thickness and good fit

This arrived today. It has a very cheap paper like quality...I think it is overpriced, it looks like it will tear with the slightest tug.I haven`t used it yet but I have a real concern that it will rip as I put it on my mattress. Definitely not the good quality I expected for the price...it looks like the protectors you see in Poundstretcher or poundland. I`m disappointed with the quality. The packaging it comes in is good and sturdy though, the type used for better quality bedding. I gave it two stars because it arrived fairly quickly. Updated 25/10/2018 I have reduced my rating from 2 to 1 star. I have had this for a while now and this protector has major pilling. I have tried to shave it off but had to use scissors because it was so much, it looked like a spiders web as I was removing it. After the pilling was removed, the protector became so thin it was see-through.

Torn off while fitting on mattress

Since buying this a year ago we have moved house twice and it has been very easy to remove and reinstall. It protects our mattress and as far I can tell has done all that it is advertised to do, but then I don't know if we would have been subjected to any of the creepies it is supposed to repress anyway, so I cannot comment on its effectiveness in that respect. It is hadwearing and enduring despite being taken off and on, so I am happy with it.
