I want to buy Rexel no 50 staples; are tehy called something else nowadays?

Not sure. If you have your old pack check size of staple e.g these are 24/6 6mm. May be worth measuring staple if you have any left and don have the box.

How do you size staples for furniture air gun

I would think size 16 are not right for heavy duty stapling. It should give you the size on the gun itself ( usually on the staple barrel).

Rexel 101/6 staples, are they availale

I don't know. The only Rexel staples I've purchased say No 16 on the box.

What size staples do I need for a Rexel Staple Wizard?

You can use two standard size staples with the wizard stapler, 26/6 also called No.56 or 24/6 also called No.1624/6 staples are a better quality version of the 26/6 and are far more reliable
