Where are the mustard seeds? Who makes summer sausage without mustard seeds? This mixture is all right for a starter but it is way overpriced.

Not a complete kit - only seasonings
Wow... no casings included. What kind of "kit" that has "everything you need" doesn't come with the casings? They are in the photos but not the package. This should be listed as "summer sausage seasonings" as that's all it is.

No casings included - so disappointed
I have bought multiple products from Umai and love them. This package is so lame that my jaw dropped open when they did not include the casings. Every picture in the product display shows the casings. Do not buy this mix at this price.

Good kit, exactly what I needed. The spices are a much higher quality than I can get in a local grocery store. Will be ordering more when needed.

Overpriced bag of spices and cure. Definitely not a kit
I paid $11.00 for two small bags of salt pepper and a few other ingredients thinking this summer sausage kit came with everything I needed to make venison summer sausage. But like so many others out there, they are including images of non included items to entice potential buyers to buy their product.. as is now it might work as a salt lick, but you won't make any sausage.
