Came in total disrepair. The box had nothing to hold the individual chocolate pops in place so It was all jumbled up and the box opened spilling into the bubble envelope it was delivered in. At least I’m getting a refund.

Received these today and they look old. The expiration shows 3/24. Hopefully they taste okay. I’ll be trying them tomorrow

Don't waste your money! This looked totally cute on the site - neatly packaged and pretty. However, when it arrived (in an envelope, not a box), the items were all loose inside the package, the marshmallows had gotten knocked off, and the chocolate was all crumbled. This item can't be returned, and there is no way I can locate to identify a "problem with the order" on the Amazon site. I wish I had read the reviews before buying this! I thought it would make a nice gift, but no way can I give this to someone (at least not someone I like). They went straight to the trash.

Absolutely delicious. I wasn't too fond of the packaging (6 in a box and a little messy), but the hot chocolate it produced was tasty. In case anyone thought of eating just the chocolate alone, not something to do. It really tastes better melted, as intended in hot milk. Haven't tried it in hot water though I don't think it's a good idea. The marshmallows I had hoped would last long enough until the chocolate was fully melted, but it melted right along with the chocolate so I can't really say much about them, hence the 4 stars. But flavor alone would be 5 as I've tried others that didn't cut it.

The box is rather poor, it was pretty squashed when received and it caused the side to pop open and some of the contents to dump out.Aside from that issue, the chocolate is quite delicious.It melts quite quickly so be sure not to put it in your mug and leave it for any extended amount of time. I put it in my coffee, did some work and when I checked it again it had melted in to a sludge in the bottom of my mug. It was at least a tastey sludge. LOL

Was going to use for Christmas children's hot chocolate party,sadly all broken up.

Wanted to give a individual gifts but because of the poor packaging, all of the chocolate squares were chipped and marshmallows dropping off, I didn't/don't feel comfortable giving these as gifts, so I decided to prepare/taste for myself and there was NO flavor. I am truly disappointed with this and the fact that it's non-returnable, it was a waste of my money.
