Well I have made cheesecake before but I didn't use a spring pan, I had just used a pie pan before. I wanted to try with this pan and it baked perfectly. It easily released with the buckle. I think it's easier to clean than the pie pan since it separates. There was no leaking with it buckled tight. I wanted to make a cheesecake pineapple upside down cake and I needed two so I bought a secret one as well!

We actually use these to make deep dish pizza and they couldn’t be more perfect!!! Great size! The quality is incredible and there is absolutely no leakage. Very sturdy with heavy foods. Easy to use and open and close! Nothing sticks and these are way to hand wash or just pop in the dishwasher!!

To be totally honest - this was not a mothers' day gift. It was a gift to myself! I found a great cake recipe that called for a 6" pan, so I bought it. Unfortunately, the cake wasn't so good - but the pan was great. Did not leak at all! If people have issues with pan leakage, put something under the pan, so if it were to leak (my didn't) the overflow would go on the pan and not in your oven.

Just got this pan but haven’t used it yet. It seems to be well made and pretty sturdy with a nice non-stick coating. But, don’t get too excited about the 50 pieces of 6” round parchment that are included. They are too big. Yes, the pan measures 6” overall on the outside, but the interior measurement of the flat pan bottom is much smaller. The pieces will have to be trimmed to fit, thus the 4 stars.

So far works like a charm. I still prefer my old spring pan design which sits on the bottom tray. (Pan on right) This new pan works a little differently and encases the bottom tray. It doesn’t seem to leak & cake release easily.

Perfect size pan for our Ninja over-the-counter oven, no need to fire the large oven to bake a small cake. Good quality at a competitive price.

I ordered the exact item from a different vendor and got a plain 4 inch pan. I returned the previous order and ordered from this vendor and received the correct item. The description and the photo matched unlike the the previous vendor. Also, they performed as expected. Wash up easily and no leakage when used. Overall I am happy with the fit and performance of the item.

These cost less than Wilton mini spring form pans, but they seem easier to close liquid tight while installing parchment paper on the bottom disc. Some purchasers complained about rivet failure on the clasp when installing the bottom disc. I had a single pan that wouldn't allow the clasp to close and forcing it would have resulted in damage to the pan. I found one of the rivets on a clasp wasn't properly 'nested' and stuck up high enough to restrict the side of the pan from sliding over the rivet. That is a manufacturing defect. I simply inserted a small kitchen knife point beneath the side wall at the point it hit the rivet and kinked the sidewall outward to clear the rivet. I've used these little pans successfully three times since purchase without any clasp failures or leaks when installing parchment on the bottom disc.

I have bought these tins to make some Scottish lamb pies. I love these tins. It will make my life so much easier instead of trying to mold the base into shape.

Very good size pan. I went and brought another one so I could make more cakes. Very easy to use
