I've got 750 miles on it, couple upgrades to include the disconnection of the speed govenor (it does 30mph and I weigh 200lbs), front fender, new headlights as the "motorcycle light" was misleading on the road to cars and to walkers on trails, Ass saver, and hand guards.Still riding on the original 14amp battery and still cranks out about 10 miles on pure electric before it bogs down. I'd still recommend peddling obviously. Customer support has been excellent, I had a blinker issue in the beginning that was resolved, and I zapped the charger about 8 months later which they replaced within 5 working days or whatever it was.Rear tire tread lasted just shy of 500 miles riding pavement and trail nothing crazy, I've tackled over a couple downed trees, my bad, popped a couple tubes at my own expense. Front tire and tube are still original. Not a DH but quite the commuter, comfortable ride for a taller rider. I'm 6'1" I'd say 5'9" minimum height rider, and she will take off if you don't have some weight to hold her down.Overall; more than worth the price, gets you back out on the trails. I use it to commute 5 miles to work, even if it scares the old trail strollers. I've laid it down twice with minimal damage to myself or the bike. For under a grand this has been such a great eBike, I love it. The charger took a dive on me, but the seller is a mark above the rest and had me a replacement in a week on the dot. I really appreciate his hard work and reputable actions to keep me on the road. I would recommend this bike to anyone wanting to get into eBikes. Keep in mind I am 5’8” and this is a fairly tall bike.. I tilt it sideways a little to get on while holding the brakes in, so if you are under 5’8” it is gonna take some finesse to get up on it, but honestly I like that it rides a little high for me. It gets me all over my town and home without a problem. I will be buying a 2nd battery in the future so I can have twice the distance for extended joy rides. Thank you for making my purchase such a great experience! It also has turn signals front and rear (one of the features I wanted that most eBikes don’t have). Would recommend to others any day of the week!

Total junk. This is a very heavy 7 speed that they slapped an ebike motor on the back. It's really more of moped. Assembly was pretty easy. After that, the problems show. I did not even have 143 miles on the bike when the rear motor went bad. Inside one of the nylon gears cracked. I don't ride on trails only gravel. I weigh 170. Heavy bike and weak nylon gears. To their credit, they shipped me another wheel, however that still required me to order special $40 tool to remove the gears and put them on the new wheel. Out of the box, the bike would show E10 errors randomly until one day, the slightest pedal or turn of the throttle give E10 error. If you ask them about spare parts, they tell you to take it to a bike store. They don't have spare parts on hand like the controller, etc. Customer support is clearly in China and not here. I should have known better that this was just too cheap to be true. So no I am stuck with a not and ebike (worthless) 7 speed. Would not buy again and I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase and the lack of parts for the bike.

Great deal, the bike is fast, comfortable, and the accessories are great. Headlight, tail light, turn signals, and cell phone holder make it a complete riding experience. The seat is extremely comfortable and won't hurt your butt unlike most bike seats. Easy to assemble, just need to install the front wheel and a couple of minor things and you're ready to take off. Definitely would recommend this bike.

Shipped locally, quickly . There was some minor damage due to shipping. This happens and is not the fault of the seller. I contacted seller and had a instant reply, an instant resolutions, and in a replacement item was shipped from Hong Kong to my door in USA in 3 days. I can't get that with a lot of USA companies. They were kind, helpful and fast. I would recommend buying from this seller. They understand the value of taking care of people, and resolving issues. About the X-50 Bike. Very well built. It's comfortable, and everything I wanted plus some. It's a very fun bike compared to others I have looked at and tried. Great for off-road too. It very much worth the price they charge for it and then some.

Bike is very nice. Love the headlight, turn signals and back lights. It has plenty of power. Brakes are great. My only problem with assembly was the seat bolts did not line up with the frame holes. I had to drill the front two holes to make them a little larger to assemble. It comes with no manual, but just watched the two quick videos. Second video is better. You have to turn the handle bar post around and line up the front tire so it's straight and tighten the bolts. Pretty simple stuff.It also comes with a nice multi tool.Overall it's a solid quality bike for the price.

The bike ghost pedals at medium low to high gear and the seat rubs against your thighs making it feel like you are riding a horse instead of a bike. Also take note that if you can't pedal then the battery runs out very very fast and isn't good for commuting or exercising. You have to make a custom seat and make it higher to fit your leg length. Then you have to install a 58 tooth chain ring just to stop the ghost pedaling. Then you will most likely have to buy some kind of a replacement battery that lasts longer than the cheap battery cells that come with bike. Very poorly engineered and not worth the trouble.

it is a good bike the only thing it needs is better brakes the faster I've got it is 35 mph
