Member's Mark 7" Santoku Knife DI - 2 Pack

Knives are very sharp, price point is great. Love these knives.

We use these knives in our restaurant kitchen for beater prep knives. The blade size and shape are awesome for doing produce & meat prep without having things stick to the sides of your blade. The biggest complaint we have is in the handles. The non-slip material has very obvious, jagged seams that can be rough on your hands unless you sand them down. The curvature of the blade also isn't the most ergonomic, but obviously that's subjective. Nicest thing about these is they're so cheap when the blade gets dull it's basically more cost-effective to just replace them with a new set than to pay someone to sharpen them up.

These are great quality knives at a very affordable price. They are razor sharp. I have several other knives, but these are the ones I use the most.
