We got this first time that was starting college, but as soon as it came, we popped it open and hopped on. We wanted to try it out for ourselves, of course, and this thing is fast tops at 31 mph. It is really, really fast and really smooth. A great buy. It is a little on the book beer side, but for what its speed is, it is great. It is fairly easy to fold very lightweight.

I love the scooter. I am 6’4 250lbs and it has no problem going 20 real quick on a flat road. The scooter has good power up slight hills slows down to about 10-15. (And I’m a big dude). I also love that the handle bars are wider than most scooters I have seen. It is very well put together and very solid. What I do not like is the kick to start. The drum brakes are not near as good as disc. The charger only after 2 days started intermittently charging and not charging the scooter and causing a beep from the scooter every 20 seconds. I will be returning and getting a replacement more than likely.

Good range. The handle bar screws did make noise but if you tighten it a lot it will stop. All round great scooter. I love it

I got this scooter on Amazon day for a really good price. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. The battery last a very long time... it moves uphill just like advertised. It's not super fast (not what I was looking for) . Big deck and comfortable. I don't love the inflatable tires and waiting for a blow out driving in the city... overall a great buy!

Just purchased. The air filled tires really make for a great ride. I am a technical person and I was unable to pair the scooter to the app. This is huge as it's the only way to lock the scooter. My charger also was smoking and really hot. Reached out to support via the app and e-mail and no response so far.(2 weeks). Picked up a physical lock and charger from Amazon. The scooter is perfect beyond my issues above.

Will be riding along and it quits in mid ride. Makes funky noise when charging also.

I REALLY wanted to like this scooter. It has a nice large platform to stand on and has nice wide handle bars for balance, but the scooter had other plans. After 4 weeks the back tire inner tube popped. Very frustrating. They send a replacement tire, which was impossible to get on. They sent me a video to help but they had a special tool and an extra pair of hands to assist in the video. I didn’t have either. Finally after arguing with them about that they just send me a new scooter. The company stepped up and solved the problem. Or so I thought. I get the new scooter, ride it 3 times and after that it wouldn’t go anymore. The scooter says it’s fully charged, the app says it’s fully charged but it still won’t go. After that I just threw it in the garbage. I’ve had two scooters from this company and neither lasted more than 4 weeks. Don’t buy this scooter. Why would you when there are so many other options out there?

Pros: great for uphill, 700W of power but will drain batteryCons: acceleration and braking is immediate not gradual leading to extremely jerky and dangerous start and stops, especially for cornersNot actually 40 km unless you go only 15km/h which is really slow. If you go faster, you'll get less distance. On average I travel around 25 to 28km/h and I get 30 km. So I would expect 30 km total on a full charge. If the lights are on, then even lessMake sure you can lift 36 lbsNO SUSPENSION, REALLY BUMPY RIDE ESPECIALLY ON SIDE WALKS. If I bought another bike I would get one with suspensions

Ça ne fait même pas un été qu'elle est utilisée et déjà défectueux. Le frein est toujours activé, doit le faire réparer. Décevant!

Ine of the best item I bought for myself. Run a couple of miles in the winter. Can’t wait until summer starts.
