Ideal toolkit for hardcore car maintenance addicts!
Hard wearing and extremely high quality tools are the order of the day when you buy this set. From the solid feeling ratchet sets (ranging from a small ratchet for hard to reach places, to a heavy duty one), to the large range of different sized sockets which fit in all types of places, this set has German quality and pride stamped all over it. Nothing seems to faze this set! Any rusty, rounded or bound on bolt is shifted quite easily!I have used this set to loosen caliper bolts that my friends "professional mechanics" set couldn't even reach. So far it has successfully helped me to change 12 lots of pads and discs (on 3 cars including my own), change 2 fan belts, bleed a radiator, do three lots of spark plugs (this set comes complete with different sized spark plug tools), take a dashboard to bits....and I'm sure a lot of other jobs that I haven't mentioned. Whether your a hobby mechanic, or much more serious....or you need a hard wearing DIY set, this toolkit is the one for you. One note though....there are no ring spanners in this set!

I would buy it again
Very good set, covers most of the jobs -and for the money they perform very well at least for diy. The case is good but could be better, after about 8 months one of the hinges broke but it still closes tight and pay attention how you lay it down because if you face it the wrong side up then bits will fall

Fantastic tools but the case should be better.
O will not give 5 star rating because the poor quality of the case, in my opinion should be made in higher quality.About the tools, high quality. I am totally satisfied. Congratulations.Could you please if it possible, sent just another case for me please. Many thanks

KS Tools 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 inch socket set
Absolutely excellent. Only downside is the case which doesn't hold smaller sockets securely, BUT, I have yet to find any make that has a good case, so I can't mark it down for that, as all other makes are the same.the qulaity is amazing, and basically ypu can't get much better than this. I can't see why they don't have a 3-5 year guarantee, instead of the 12 months, es the claims in it would be almost ZERO, BUT would increase the attactiveness of this set enormously to those who are "on the edge" of buying one,

Good stuff
A fantastic tool kit, but probably way more than I needed. I do like KS Tools, they appear to be a good make.
