The top arrived damaged TWICE. First arrival after waiting weeks I ordered a replacement and second one arrived damaged too. I really need a table so I kept it, plus waited long enough. The packaging was banged up as well, I don't think they package it safely enough at all. I will most likely change the top all together because the legs and the electric side of it are great.Overall, assembly was easier than I thought, legs are very sturdy. Not impressed with the top.Keep in mind it arrived in TWO parts so you will have a line down the middle of the top.Update as of 2/17/23:The vendor reached out to me and kindly offered to send me replacement parts or provide a 50% refund. Due to receiving a damaged top twice (after scheduling replacement via Amazon) I agreed to the refund instead. It was sent within a day to my PayPal. I was not expecting it so I was very pleased with the solution and their effort to fix the problem. It was fast and they were very kind. As mentioned before, overall the table is great. I would buy from them again just no guarantee with the Top. I am very happy with their service.

My I have bad luck. This desk does not work at all. After installation, I tried it. Okay it can lift up. However after I pressed button "1", it stopped. No any action no matter I pressed upper or down arrow. Its LED screen shows it is too heavy and asked me remove some item. But there was nothing on the desk.After reading manual, I leant keep pressing down arrow to reset. Okay, reset is working. So after reset, it can lift up and down. But after lifted it up to the hight so I can stand. Then I press down arrow. But the problem happened, I cannot move down. From the LED screen, it shows it is already to the lowest level 072 (it means current hight is 72cm). But it is really high. I tried everything I can do but could not make it down. Reset does not work, down array does not work. I tried half hour to down its hight but failed.Eventually I gave up and decided to return it. This product has 4 stars of review. So maybe just I have too bad luck to get a defect item.

The media could not be loaded. Had this desk going on 3 months and I can say it’s the best you can get for your money. Not too cheap or too expensive, easy to assemble and the features is bad ass. I use it as a gaming/streaming beak as the size was important due to how much equipment sits in it, but the 55” is perfect. Go ahead, bite the bullet..thank me later!

Wrong color sent. Frustrating because now I have to deal with returning and re ordering. Seems like it will be a decent desk.

The top part of the desk, on the back half panel there is a crack. The desktop is pressed board covered by white laminate, so honestly, I cannot tell if the break is through the pressed board. Any idea how to get just a replacement panel? I do not want to have to return the entire desk. It is a great desk, with a very sturdy base and easy to assemble electronics!

I contemplated returning this product a couple times because every other day the display would give me an error and would stop rising or lowering. I get an E20 when there is nothing on the desktop...even when the desktop itself wasn't mounted it would throw an E20 warning. I just live with it now since it's not worth disasembling it and finding a box large enough to return it. The process I follow is this:1. When I get the E20 warning I hold the down button until it resets.2. I raise the desk to the top limit.3. I press the down button until it stops, usually in a standing position.4. Hold down button again to reset and hold down button until it lowers to the lowest positoin.5. the desk will work fine after this procedure for a day or two.I would not recommend buying this product due to the finicky electronics/sensors. Spend more and get a better desk.

The media could not be loaded. Number for there customer service does not work nor does their website. Super pissed the equipment is faulty and doesn’t align so I can’t put it together .
