Feels so good and relaxing on the face. I bought this after a facial laceration from a dog bite to the face, to help with massaging the scar to reduce the scar appearance. In using this with a silicone scar gel, my scars healed so completely and without b raised texture that no one notices my facial scars unless I point them out. I did not notice a magical face lift effect of many viral face massagers on social media platforms, but that wasn’t what I bought it for.

I have no idea what kind of benefit there is to massaging your face in general, but this set has been awesome for massaging all my TMJ sore spots. The T shaped massager has been especially helpful where my jaw hinge is because its so small and can be maneuvered around to pinpoint exact locations of pain. Its small and fairly quiet so I can use it while we are watching tv and it isn't too loud or otherwise disruptive. It comes with a little black storage pouch and you will need 2 AA batteries to get started

A surgeon used this device on me during removal of a facial cancer. I now use it to relieve tension in my face (as I am a singer). I gently run it along the jawline. Keep mine on my nightstand, so when I wake up with jaw pain, it's accessible. I'm planning to get another one to keep by my "easy chair" ( to use while watching a movie or documentary).

I work from home and sit on a LOT of stressful Zoom calls. In between I take 2 minutes to close my eyes, massage my face... and get ready for the next. It's effective, pretty, and effective.
