TECHRON PEA Concentrate Plus Petrol Fuel Injector System Cleaner - 300ml

I chose this product as I heard that it is endorsed by BMW and was possibly designed in co-operation with them. I used it on my 325i (N52) port injection engine. I tried it purley because I wondered if it was possible to 'improve' the mpg on my port injection engine. Now you would think that port injection engines don't require as much cleaning as direct engine and you'd be right but they do require maintenance. I used to use BG44K on my direct injection engines and the gains were always short term and the product itself was expensive. So what happened? Instantly noticed better mpg by 4-5 mpg which seemed like crazy figures. The petrol seemed to last longer and the acceleration was sharper and smoother. It was like the engine took on a new characteristic. What I did not like? The bottle design could be better. How to use it? Best used over short runs and not long journeys. The product needs to sit in the tank over night where possible and on short drives it gets to work. In other words using it and then driving a long trip and using the entire tank would mean that the whole product is used up and not left long enough in the system to work its magic. It only needs about a week or two to get the full benefit. The mileage on my car was 52000 when I used this but I think I will probably be using it every 8000 miles or so. Amazing product!

Did not make much difference unfortunately but I guess in some cases it probably would but not this time fo us.

Seems to have made a difference to the responsiveness of my engine a 3.2ltr Crossfire. I would recommend using this, a little expensive compared to what our American cousins pay but a highly recommended engine cleaner/additive.

I used this in a 12 year old BMW with over 150,000 miles on the clock and found that after using it a niggling problem with the engine had, while not cured, much improved. Ran the tank down below a quarter full and added the whole bottle, drove the car for about 10 miles and then filled up. Will definitely be buy again!

Didn't notice any benefit. Bought it because of a fuel gauge issue on my Audi TT but didn't fix the issue and didn't notice and improvement

followed instructions, so far seems to be getting me about 2 mpg more. Did think car would run bit smother, as its just been serviced as well. But will see as time goes on.

Amazing! My fuel gauge was playing up on my 2001 Audi TT, first reading a bit optimistic and then it started fluctuating a lot. After adding this to my fuel my gauge now reads a lot more accurate than it did. I would definitely recommend this product! It is fantastic!!
