If this was £100 I would still purchase it, I’m Four weeks out from a spinal fusion and a-lift, this week has honestly been my toughest so far in terms of pain and discomfort — especially surgical area & down my legs. After doing quite a bit of research at what could help (and looking at some cheaper options), I decided to go with this one because it’s a well-known brand and seemed more supportive and better quality. I’m really glad I did. and it’s very comfortable one, it doesn’t slip down etc, it’s very flexible at the front as well being very firm/tight and supportive at the rear. It comes with a lumbar pad included, which makes a big difference. The support strap helps keep my spine aligned, particularly when I’m sitting, and that’s where I’ve been struggling most. I wouldn’t call it a miracle cure — it doesn’t take all the pain away — but it absolutely makes a noticeable difference in day-to-day life. Even sleeping feels more supported and slightly more comfortable. If you’re recovering from spinal surgery or dealing with back ache, sciatica, or leg pain, this is definitely worth considering. It’s not magic, but for me, it’s been a genuinely helpful part of recovery and I wish I got it sooner. You cannot put a price on any that can help and this at £35, honestly if it was double that I would still buy it, that’s how much it’s helping me at the moment.

Neo-G Back Support with Power Straps is outstanding. The fit is snug and supportive, giving my back stability exactly where I need it. The velcro is impressively strong, staying completely secure even during intense Cardio, HIIT sessions and heavy weight training with no slipping and no readjusting. The power straps let you dial in the perfect compression, and the brace keeps me moving confidently throughout the day. Excellent build, highly durable, and genuinely makes a noticeable difference in support and posture. Perfect for anyone needing reliable back protection during high-intensity workouts. CAVEAT: If your waistline is above 102cm or 40" this will be very tight to an uncomfortable to it will not fit you.

I am happy buying this back support as the fabric is nice to the touch. The extra straps to hug your core are a nice addition as they add a lot more support. I only tested wearing it at home, so I hope the extra thickness of the extra straps doesn't add to the heat too much. I couldn't feel the add on internal support, which is a good thing. Overall it feels well made/quality & it offers very noticeable support. I'm planning to only use it at work when there is heavy lifting, or if I get a bad back again, as it recommends online not to wear it too much, as it could weaken muscles in that area. The feeling while wearing it is plenty to help you keep that area of your back straight. It also helps as it gets a bit wider around the back. It fits ok underneath other clothing, so people will barely notice. It is more expensive than most others, but I'd rather have quality over quantity any day. I owned another back support a few years ago, which I lost, which was a more simple single layer wrap around support. This one is way better, mainly as those extra straps give a satisfying feeling of more support.

It provides good support to back. Only used it only for 2-3 days, so far it is working well for me

Wearing it as I write - very comfortable and easy to forget you've got it on (assuming you don't go for maximu compression at least, LOL!) Note that the "massage" feature is just a lump of firm foamy material covered in bumps that rest against your back. It does not actively massage you and to be honest I couldn't feel it doing anything whilst moving about, so have taken it off. Also the "power straps" are not "powered", but are two manually adjustable straps a bit like some trousers have that you can adjust the waistlinewhen you're putting on weight, though in this case it's more to tighten the whole thing up than give you more breathing space. They do seem to help if you want a tighter fit, as I found you can still tighten them up even if you've put the main strap on fairly tightly. All the straps are held in place by Velcro (or similar). I was worried that these would not have enough strength to hold the support in place, but so far they have not let me down. So 4 stars and would have been five if not for the marketing spin of using words like "power straps" and "massage" to imply something like an 'active' support system, which this is not.

The quality is good, but it's not suitable for me. I don't know if it's because I didn't operate it well, it has no effect on me at all

This item is great for all day use when needed. Can be made snugger or looser using the side velcro straps.

I had a back brace like this until the velcro wore out. So glad I found a replacement. This helps save my back at work.
