Brilliant, exactly what was required and great result on the first use

Good sanding mop

I bought this to load in my small hobby lathe to use along side some of the other grinding/polishing wheels I have, but unfortunately it is so far out of balance, it causes a large amount of vibration, so is unusable in that way. I will keep it, it seems fine in my pillar drill etc. I did contact Silverline support (who were very prompt and helpful) and ask the question regarding this issue - basically it's produced for use in hand drills etc. so no good for your small hobby lathes!

You do get a medium density Scotchbrite style mop for not much money. It effectively comes with a free 1/4 round shaft to M6 female thread adapter which I will use for a sanding plate. But as you can see from the video, the threaded shaft on the example I got was no where near straight. On the drill at 1700 rpm it had a good wobble. It is rated to 12,000 rpm but I won't be trying this one on the die grinder. I will re order and report back on the replacement. Update - the replacement is nearly as bent as the first so not a one off. Anyone else seeing the same issue?

Bought this to buff up forks & side casings on my classic bike,before using finer grade wet & dry and buffing mops,did the job very well took hard work of getting rid of crud by hand,would by again & good price

Spazzola grana 240 efficaci sulla ruggine leggera e per creare l'effetto spazzolato su alluminio. La uso con il trapano a batteria senza problemi. L'ho utilizzata sui dischi dei freni per togliere la patina di ruggine che si forma vicino al mozzo sui punti di contatto col cerchione. L'ho inoltre usata per togliere la ruggine leggera che si era formata sulle canne di una vecchia doppietta prima di farla ribrunire. Il codolo è da 6 mm e la spazzola è alta 5 cm con un diametro di 7,5 cm. Acquistata come Prodotto Plus ad un prezzo conveniente (euro 4,11 il 14/08/2019)

Ich habe das Teil in den Akkuschrauber eingespannt und damit, mit nicht allzu hoher Drehzahl einen alten Aluminium Endtopf satiniert, welche schon komplett blank war. Das Ergebnis ist top geworden. Wieder eines dieser Dinge, wo man sich hinterher fragt: Warum habe ich das nicht schon früher gemacht.
