As a massage therapist with 23 years experience, this massage gun is fantastic. I can take this anywhere (and I do); road trips, hiking, camping, overnights - this thing is indispensable. Was bought for a Christmas present. Used 15 time and ran for 5 to 10 mins a time. Was NOT happy so put in box. Got it back out and still having issues. Will work great when it runs. The company would not return or offer a customer support as you can't leave a message. Can't find if there's a Warranty on the product. Very Unhappy with this!

The massager is okay. Tough to use to reach lower back. A little on the weak side. The button vibrates while in use and creates extra noise.
