30 day review: I take a 10min shower and I do not rush getting ready, so probably 30 - 45 min of use daily and I have charged it twice in a month. So, in short words, great battery life. Sound is magnificent, but nothing like a sound system. It's intended for small rooms such as bathrooms or to be heard short distances away. I will definitely take this to the beach in the future, or by the pool as well. Great product at a great price, and I recommend to everyone.

I'm really disappointed this time around. I purchased my first Croove 2 years ago and I loved it. I loved it so much that I ordered another one as back up just in case anything happened to my precious. Well I didn't open it immediately and test it and now I'm passed the return date. The stupid thing won't hold a charge. I have tried several chargers including the one it came with. No luck. So sad.

After looking at several different variations I settled on this one. It is simple and has been working on one charge since I received it. I use it mainly with Pandora and, unfortunately, the volume level can change between songs. These can lead to some excessively loud moments and some quieter ones depending on the audio source. Volume is adjustable primarily with your Bluetooth device which, as expected, probably isn't in the shower with you however, the speaker also has volume controls built in which work. I have not had any problems with it staying up. It sticks nicely to glass but not so well to my tile. Overall, I am satisfied with the item but I also acknowledge that I only spent $10 on it.**Since buying this one, we have purchased one for our children's bathroom and another for family. Everyone seems to enjoy them.

Worked for a while, but then speaker blew out. Suction cup stays for length of shower, but doesn't stay all day (for storage, I had to take off the wall). Waterproof, as described, but sound quality is lacking. Speaker is in the back, so you have to have an amplifying surface behind it to hear the sound. Also have to yell into the microphone to be heard by caller on other end. Good at filtering out sounds of shower water. Ships from Asia, so takes a long time to receive. Seller replaced one defective item due to suction cup quality, but second one was the same.

I am overall okay with this purchase, especially for the price. I use this to listen to Spotify or NPR while I shower in the morning (via a Samsung Galaxy S4)... But am gravitating towards music more often now. It's a little hard to make out softer, lower pitch voices on NPR as well as quieter acoustic-style music. It feels like I should be able to crank the volume up a little bit more but I can't because it's maxed. Without the shower noise it's totally fine, but when the shower is on its just a little harder to hear things than I'd like.Other observations:-Really like that it comes with a small charging cable, which I have tried on several USB wall chargers successfully.-The charge hasn't run out in two weeks, and I typically just charge it while I'm shaving or something for 10-15 minutes every other day. I use it for probably 25-30 minutes each weekday.-The suction cup sticks to the shower wall fairly well, maybe for a few hours. I left it up overnight once though and it fell down at some point in the night. I just remove it now after each shower.-The buttons work nicely and respond very quickly, without the delay I've had with other Bluetooth speakers before.

This product is great! I couldn't figure out the volume controls at first, so I thought that this was a rip off (since it only was as loud as my phone.) However, all you have to do is hold down the next button until it beeps, and then your at max volume! Even on my quietest songs (I'll make a man out of you from the actual Mulan soundtrack CD) it is loud enough to overpower the shower! Totally the best speaker for the shower! and the price is awesome too!

Great concept, but it has no volume. We couldn't hear the music while talking at a normal tone. Our phones are way louder even on half. I had it in rain and shower. It got water inside the unit and shorted out even though it says "waterproof". Not worth the money!

I LOVE this speaker. I've had it for almost two years now-zero problems. It has withstood direct water pressure from the shower head, being dropped on hard surfaces, and also made a great travel speaker in the car as well as on the beach. Generally holds charge well, sometimes it seems it can drain quickly but generally only if its been unused for longer spans of time. If it ever finally gives out I would definitely buy again-great for the price.
