The little ring became annoying and eventually broke off, but otherwise this case lasted longer than several others I have had. It is difficult to find a case that protects the hinge and actually works well and this one does. I got the clear so I could put my own stickers on ant that worked great.

If you use a smart flip phone, you cannot put a screen protector on it, that would interfere with the center fold, so you need to rely on the exterior cover when the phone is folded (basically when not in use). I bought a Gen 4 Samsung flip in August 2022, and the $50 2-piece case that was recommended by the carrier. I went through 2 of them in a year - the ring at the hinge was separating from the piece of the case it was attached to. I was hesitant about another case, but thought I would give it a try. This case (which is two pieces that are held together by the hinge - makes it FEEL like one solid case) actually increased my satisfaction with the phone! I was disliking the phone and it was the case I was disappointed in. When the phone is open with this case on, it has a great back protection, when closed it is surrounded by a very sturdy case. After a few accidental drops on tile and concrete surfaces there isn't even a ding or scratch on the plastic. I could have saved $100 by getting this case in the first place. And maybe I will now keep this phone past the 2 year upgrade date.

Okay, so I loved 2 features of this case: the carabiner ring mounted on the hinge and the hinge protector for all the obvious reasons. The ring is great when holding it while open, clipping to belt loop, and ESPECIALLY attaching it to the ring on my scooter's bottle holder so that I can change the song/volume while listening to tunes as I ride around town without having to reach around to my right earbud with my left hand ( my right hand needed on the throttle), making for a safer ride. And the hinge protection bc... yep, u guessed it! Bc it protects that fragile hinge. Now, for the only REAL con/design flaw that I noticed ( which is, unfortunately, a pretty FATAL FLAW!): I received the case on May 30th and dropped it only one time on June 22nd from a height of less than 2 FEET onto probably 20+ yr old, linoleum flooring. It happened to land on the corner where the hinge protector attaches to the case and that part snapped right off. Now, considering that the whole point of a phone case is to protect your phone when dropped, this case DEFINITELY DID IT'S JOB! But, I believe that a case should be made to serve its purpose MORE THAN ONCE b4 you are forced to chuck it in the garbage (CHUCK IT???? I JUST BOUGHT IT!!!), & resort to crawling back 2 Amazon to spend $16+ on yet ANOTHER DISPOSABLE case. So, IF YOU STILL PLAN TO PURCHASE THIS CASE after reading this review, WORD TO THE WISE: If it breaks THIS EASILY when dropped from such a short height onto such a rubbery surface, you may want to be careful even setting it down on a table for fear of it shattering under your fingertips!!! YMMV....

Too big for the flip 7 it is made for. Phone does not snap in place. Again too big for the intended phone.

Love it it fits very well and snug I just wish when the phone is open that the edge of the case was a litttttllle bit more over the edge so IF you dropped the phone while it was open it w I understand stand a little more of a chance and not fall flat on the sceen

Very Sturdy case. Lasted long than my casify cases that would break a day or 2 after receiving it for no reason.

Funda perfecta, cubre totalmente el móvil. Es transparente y se ve gruesa y a la vez suave. Me gusta mucho porque cubre la zona central y tiene un aro muy cómodo para sujetar el móvil y poder colgarle una cuerdecita mona muy útil para buscarla por el bolso y para que no te lo roben.

Although it looks pretty sturdy it arrived broken

Fits well and does the job 👌 would buy another if needed to.
