It arrived after Valentine's Day but we'll worth the wait! The case it arrived in was more than I could have expected and the crystal piece itself was everything I wanted in this gift for my boyfriend. The stand the crystal vlock stands on and projects the light, appears cheap compared to the piece itself and the box, but the light is bright and works very well! All in all, I couldn't be happier and he loved it!

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this for my husband for his birthday. He is so difficult to buy for because he already has so much stuff. I was so excited to find something so unique. I chose a picture of our lovely fur baby, but I was a little concerned about how it would turn out. His eyesight isn't perfect so I was afraid that he would not be able to tell that it was him. It is so detailed that it is obvious who it is. It looks just like little Oliver and the glass etching is a work of art. I decided to get the decorative box as well and it was definitely the right decision. It's almost as beautiful as the crystal and it does a great job of protecting it. I'm a bit of a butterfingers so I accidentally dropped it while it was in the box. It's still just as good as new.

I can't describe it adequately with words and my pictures do not do this item justice. This is a wonderful gift idea for those hard to buy for since it's personal and unique!! It came in a beautiful wooden box and was packed very well. My son's girlfriend loved the gift and I would highly recommend this for anyone and it was worth the price.

The crystal is so small you can’t even see the picture. I am horribly disappointed. And it said it was gonna arrive on our anniversary and it didn’t arrive until two weeks later. So unimpressed with this product and very disappointed..

I am very happy with the results of the gift. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is because it didn't come with a plug to put the USB cord in.

The item itself was really nice and came out perfect, the stand that it sits on is kind of cheap but other than that it is a perfect gift for your significant other

I ordered this for my Mom for Christmas. The picture I sent wasn’t the greatest quality so I was nervous about how it would turn out. I received my package quickly and it was beautiful! Much higher quality than what I expected, It also came in a beautiful wooden box and not some cheap cardboard. I will be placing more orders in the future.

The Chrystal Rectangle Image is very good although there are some tiny little specks in the background but it’s still very detailed and nice!What I am very disappointed and dissatisfied about is the base that came with it. The babes has a central opening where the lights come out and it is open with no cover plastic or glass! It is blinding and it is Hot! It created a wet circular spot on the Chrystal only a few minutes after I turned on the light! This is unsafe and can cause a shock or crack in the Chrystal!The Seller has refused to send me a new base because all the bases are the same! They only offered a $5 compensation! This is totally unacceptable! The Base was also scratched in a few places a definitely not wood!I have seen similar Bases all of which the central light area is covered!I don’t recommend you order from them!AM!
