I ordered mid grey and received this patterned version, doesn’t match any of the pictures in the description. The snaps are plastic and hard to fasten, doesn’t feel like it will last more than a couple of adjustments. I would have been happy to use the one I ordered but as there is no way to exchange, I have to pay to return it and await a refund, I paid over 30% of the value in shipping overseas, so a very disappointing and expensive experience

It is a fiddly carrier, with a lot of adjustments required on first use. Gave up as my attempts to put my 6wk old daughter in single handed ended up with her slipping through gaps while I scrambled to tug on various straps and fastenings. The whole ordeal terrified her. I just use my fabric sling while she's still tiny.

Easy to use baby carrier. Love the multi positions you can have baby in. Takes a little configuration on first use and if you want to change baby's position there's some adjusting to do here and there but once you know what you're doing it's easy. Same with all carriers I'd expect. Doesn't ache my back either. Just wish I'd had one earlier!

Amazing carrier! We started using it when our little one was a few weeks old with the infant insert (that comes with it at no extra cost!) and it was brilliant! Easy to adjust, our little one is comfortable and falls asleep in it every time :)Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great carrier for their little one!

Fab. Lightweight and very easy to quickly learn how to use. Baby bit areived yet but can see no reasons for concern. Lovely product as described, prompt delivery. Happy customer.

Loved this at first but now my son is 6 months old I find I get backache and shoulder pains very quickly; now he’s heavier the straps seem to bunch up quickly after strapping him in and it causes me discomfort as soon as this happens. As a result I can’t wear him for workouts which is a great shame. I also think it’s expensive for what it is.

Easy to use, not bulky like some with all the padding (which you don't need) baby is very comfortable. Easy to put on and adjust. Haven't back carried yet as baby too young but suitable for that and great video's online if you are unsure.
